Gustavo’s place was great, comfortable and clean. Very tranquil neighborhood and conveniently located. He was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely book his place again.

The Kelly House has a fabulous view and it was clean and comfortable. It is in walking distance to everything you want to experience in the town of Jerome. We spent much of our time on the deck sipping coffee and reading. Loved being completely disconnected—-No tv was a plus. Cell phone worked and internet allowed me to work when needed. It made our 25th wedding anniversary get away a huge blessing.

This place was truly a gem. We used it for a girls weekend away and the layout is absolutely STUNNING. The location was so relaxing there was no need to even leave the house. The backyard was the perfect space to hang out, the couch was giant and so comfy perfect for a movie nice. The space was ADORABLE. We were so shocked by how great this place was. The owners are amazing and had such thoughtful touches throughout the house of little things that truly made you feel at home. I would recommend this place 10/10 times and rate it a 20/10 if I could! Thank you guys!!!!!

Wonderful little spot to stay near downtown Prescott. While the second "bedroom" is definitely tight (we joked it was the hobbit hole, lovingly) - everything was very comfortable and clean. The shower is fab! We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset. Would definitely return if back in Prescott!

Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. We wanted a peaceful place to hang out with our friends and our dogs, away from fireworks. The house was very easy to find and check in was also very easy. The property was advertised and was very clean. plenty of area to park. inside was very spacious. whole place was clean and very welcoming and free of clutter. The master bathroom has an amazing shower with two shower heads. was wonderful. 😍. The beds were very comfortable and there were pleanty of extra blankets if needed. The house rules were easy to find and understand. All the Amenities that are listed are there and easy to access. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. if we go back to Clarksdale, we would definitely check to see if Jamie's place was available.

Beautiful views that will take your breath away! Very secluded. Loved that is was fenced in for my two dogs to enjoy the yard. The sun room is an extra touch, was nice to have meals in there! We definitely will be back!

I think of all the years I have used Airbnb, this was the best place. It was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The backyard was beautiful and quiet. It was close to all of our needs. We will call them again when we return to the area

Spotless clean and bug free very nice house. Quiet neighborhood with scenic views on our walks. The family had a great time and we all loved the pac man and other games in the garage including ping pong! Close to Old Town Cottonwood and Sedona was an easy drive. The heated pool was great for the kids. The management company were very nice and quick to respond. One of our best Airbnb experiences yet!

Great host, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Terrific accommodation, clean and cozy, close to amenities and great hiking. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished, everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. Handy 2 car garage and nice patio seating area in the back yard. Quiet and scenic neighborhood.

This is a peaceful place, in a easy going small community. The property is not extravagent, but functional and well maintained and very clean. The management company was extremely clear with it's instructions and procedures. It's proximity to Sedona and wine country was great. My only disappntment is that the community pool (just a short distance from the house) was not available at the time of year I visited (Thanksgiving) which was not made clear in the description - I would not have booked this property if I'd known that.

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

Very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and kitchenware. The washer/dryer came in handy. We appreciate the use of all the baby items. They were very helpful. The house is not far from shopping. This is our first time staying in Prescott Valley. It was a beautiful!

The home itself is beautiful and in a stunning location. The home is private and has beautiful trails and view perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. This home was perfect for my stay in Prescott for the week. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The dogs and I walked the neighborhood everyday and felt right at home. The home was equipped with everything I could need. I cooked most nights in the kitchen and found it contained everything I needed. The backyard was small but worked perfectly to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee and let the dogs go potty. I come to Prescott every year and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great place! Our stay was very pleasant. Loved having the second living area w tv to hang out. The back yard was perfect for our dog and sitting outside. House was very clean and communication was never an issue. Definitely recommend.

Linda and Joes place was warm and cozy. Both my husband and I were so relaxed and felt so at home there. It was our first time getting a place like this instead of a hotel room and we were very happy with our decision! Linda and Joe were very friendly and helpful recommending fun places to see and cool restaurants to check out. What a beautiful view from the deck too. At night all of the lights down in the valley were so pretty. We will be visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Prescott! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax. The beds and couches were exceptionally comfortable — we all slept and lounged with ease. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!
