Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Poinciana

We would recommend this place to all of our friends & family. The house was perfect for our family, it was clean, easy to get to & in a beautiful and quiet area. We felt very much at home & comfortable which was great after a busy day. The children in our party loved the themed rooms, super cute! Lindsay was very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. We would be happy to return on our next trip to Florida! Thank you Lindsay!

My family and I loved and enjoyed the home. The only downside was the bed on the lower level was uncomfortable for me. Some may like a firm bed. But other than that even with the firm bed I would definitely rent again when we go back to Florida. It’s near plenty of shopping and stores. I just loved this house

The Airbnb was perfect—by far the best-equipped home I've rented during my travels. So very clean as well. We were thrilled with the amenities; everything not only worked well but also looked great. While there were multiple levels throughout the house, it flowed beautifully and didn’t present any issues. It was just so cute, older styles but done wonderfully. The kitchen was my favorite spot, as I love to cook and prepared meals for others staying nearby. It met all my needs and served as a wonderful base for several days of peace, beauty, and family time. Lots of beautiful and eclectic decor, yellow being the main color of interest through out, and the families direct fingerprint on the property, telling a story of generational love. Diamond, is a fantastic host! The neighbors are great. I will return in the near future. Trust me when I say this property is perfect for a family getaway—so accommodating to its guests. We truly hated to leave. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay! Clean and very comfortable! Veronica was quick to respond and gave great local spots for ice cream! We stayed for our daughter’s Volleyball tournament which was 5 mins away from the venue! We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

The house was even more spacious than expected. Easy to find, super safe-feeling and quiet neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean and well-organized, and was more stocked with essentials than any other house I’ve stayed in with my family.

Beautiful, clean home! We felt right at home. The place was exactly as described in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The host was nice and informative. Also responsive when needed. If in the area, we’ll definitely stay again!

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I love the layout of this home and the deco is beautiful. Every need possible has been provided for and the game room is a plus for those who have children. I enjoyed sitting around the pool at night and watching Disneys fireworks. Very relaxing

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

Rita’s place was bright and colorful as pictured. My boys loved the Star Wars theme in the bedroom. She sent messages with detailed information and instructions prior to our arrival and sent a message to check on us while we were there. The location was nice and is a great neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Sophia’s home was beautiful and she is truly such an incredible host - She made sure my family and I felt right at home ! I truly appreciate how clean everything was and most importantly how accommodating she was. The house was exactly like the pictures and for sure felt like Christmas in May, which was a very magical feeling for all of us. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay from comfortable beds to pots/pans and of course even coffee pods. We requested a later check out and she went out of her way to make sure we could all have a bit more rest after being at Disney all day on Saturday. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone, don’t think twice and just book it because you’ll have the most wonderful stay but most importantly an amazing host ! We truly can’t wait to stay again.

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, ! We went to SeaWorld for the day, this location is perfect,,, only 1/2-2 miles away yet away from the hustle, bustle & traffic of the attractions!!! The pool was beautiful and within walking distance and a wonderful addition was the splash pad if you have little children. Also, the pool has a sitting area for little ones which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking but no dish cloth or scrubby’s for dishes so bring your own. Also the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms shower is opposite so cold is hot & hot is cold….not a big deal if you know ahead of time!

Relax place and close to Disney world

Couldn’t have picked a better location! So close to the theme parks and great restaurants! The free shuttle service was great! This condo was such a treat! My daughter and I absolutely loved the Disney and Potter decor. Magical! You can tell everything was thought out well. Condo had everything we needed to feel at home while away from home. Thank you so much Ray! We are already planning our next trip to come back here!

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

The hosts provided very detail instructions from the time of check-in to the check out process. The Airbnb was clean and immaculate. Our stay was very comfortable and overall our experience was nothing short of fantastic. This Airbnb is highly recommend to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

Amazing vacation home for a family with small kiddos. The house/pool set up was spot on for watching the kids while hanging out on either side of the patio. Only an hour away from Lego land/Peppa Pig and 45 from universal which is always the best! Can’t beat it here I would recommend to anyone 😊👍

The house was beautiful and communication was amazing would definitely stay here again 10/10 experience!!
