buenas fuimos en familia y la verdad fue todo excelente, maxime super amable atento en todo momento. el lugar fantastico para grandes y chicos el mar hermoso lleno de actividades todo el dia. el spa estaba incluido, los restauntes muy buena calidad. volveria nuevamente muchas gracias maxime por tu buena onda!!!

Great services apartment inside a super charming boutique hotel. Totally a win.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The host was exceptionally responsive and went out of their way to assist with transportation from the airport, making the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was comfortable and well-equipped with great amenities. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

El acompañamiento de Alan es un 10… El hotel es bueno, una buena bajada a la playa… Hay lejanía con las habitaciones… y el transporte interno no es demasiado frecuente… Todo limpio, las habitaciones aceptables… Tuvimos una mala experiencia en el hotel… Fuga de gas en el buffet, lo que contaminó alimentos y bebidas… Eso provocó que tanto yo como familiares con los que iba perdiéramos la mitad de la estadía por gastroenteritis… haciendo reposo, no pusieron un medio a disposición, sino que la consulta la cobraban a 120 dólares… Se cerró el buffet, y eso hizo que se complicaran las reservas en el resto de los restaurantes… Remarco, Allan de primera… El hotel no se hizo cargo de nada…

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

Excelente Lugar para descansar

Carlos is a phenomenal host. By far the best host I have ever come across. When we arrived, he greeted us at the condo to ensure we were aware of everything for the duration of our stay. The building and the apartment are beautiful and very well maintained. The garden in the ground floor is stunning. We ordered food in the cafe downstairs and it was surprisingly good - we had green juices and avocado toast. Carlos kept in touch with us during our stay and we even bumped into him in the building a few times. He gave us fabulous tips on where to go and what to do particularly in Bacalar and Merida. Carlos knows the area very well and his suggestions were excellent. He saved us a lot of time from having to look up restaurants and places to stay. The only item that was difficult to get used to at first was the noise at night coming from the courtyard. We wanted to leave the door open to let the fresh air in but after 2 weeks of trying, we decided to close the door and use the fan instead because we got woken up often. Once we closed the doors at night, we slept much better. Security was great at following up with loud music and people. All we had to do was call reception and they followed up 100% of the time. I would absolutely chose Carlos again.

Recomiendo este alojamiento por la ubicacion, la limpieza, la comunicacion buena con la duena. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro, de la playa y tambien de los puntos de interes como tiendas de compras, lavanderia etc Laura estaba siempre disponible rapido y muy amable ! Michela was a brilliant host who made me feel super comfortable and welcome in her home. I wish we’d had longer to talk and spend time together as she has a calming and peaceful energy as well as being friendly and attentive. I was travelling alone and felt really safe walking home in the dark - Michela’s place is perfectly located away from the noise of Playa but still in easy walking distance from everything. Throughout my time there Michela checked in regularly but still gave me space.
