Love the location; everything was very walkable. Easy airport bus from ADO Alterno station across the plaza. At night when I had a problem understanding how to turn off all the lights at the same time, host was immediately responsive and walked me through what I needed to do with the switches. (They worked perfectly as designed, I just didn’t understand them.) I wish the local rooster would sleep a little later, but between the blackout shutters and my earplugs, I was OK.

While this was not our first visit to Mexico, it was our first time using Air BB in Mexico. We can say it was a wonderful experience! Communication was prompt and efficient, with suggestions of must see and do places to explore and eat. The accommodations were as presented online, and the people at Playacar were always pleasant and helpful. Mounir helped with arrangements for private transportation to and from the airport, which we were glad to have done. Thank you to all our hosts, Xavier and Benoit, and those who ensured we had a great vacation. We will definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return again one day! We had a really nice stay in the Loft, the location is excellent, very close to 5th Avenue and the mall. The entrance to the loft with a code is great, super comfortable. While the loft has all the amenities you need, as a constructive criticism I would say that they should replace the mattress with a firmer one or perhaps a newer one. We would definitely come back. Thank you very much Norman and Ivan for hosting us.

Their hospitality, along with the beautiful surroundings, made it a truly memorable experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: impeccable, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable and the whole space felt cozy and welcoming. The location couldn't have been better: nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood that felt very safe, but a short walk from the heart of Playa and just 10 minutes from a beautiful beach with a small cenote. It achieved the perfect balance between comfort and tranquility. Access to the rooftop pool, gym, and nearby beach clubs added value to the stay. Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

Luxurious condo single level by the pool

Betty welcomed us in an admirable way. Our hosts listened to our needs and questions and responded quickly to our calls. The condo is easy to maintain, complete and still fairly well-equipped. The beds are firm, and clean. There is plenty of storage space. Safe and quiet close to the swimming pool and children's games, the condo is really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and several other services. Everything about it is excellent The only small negative point we highlight is the absence of the BBQ that in the description is included. In fact, it's available on request with a security deposit... and we need to put it back clean. Otherwise a fee of 250 pesos is charged for cleaning. To conclude on a positive note because this site deserves it more; we keep the address as a note for our next vacation in this area and highly recommend it to other vacationers.
