Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Location 🔥 ambience 🔥 Close enough to walk for your everyday essentials day/night 🏝️ 🪩 but far away enough to have a peaceful rest 😴 The energy is on point for people who need to take care of business or vacay. Most importantly, thank you Cynthia and Julio for the unwavering hospitality.

De Wohnung war wie beschrieben in der Nähe der Hauptfussgängerzone von Playa del Carmen. Wie Jorge beschrieben hat werden lärmenpfindliche Personen nicht glücklich mit der Lage . Es hat 2 Kneipen in der Straße wo gefeiert wird. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Personal ist freundlich. die Küche ist fürs Nötigste eingerichtet. Ein paar scharfe Messer und Kontrolle der Pfannen wäre vonnöten. Kein Backofen nur Microwelle Sauberer Schwamm ein sauberer Lappen und ein Geschirrtuch sollten Standart sein . Bett ist gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend . thx for the Host

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

This location was easy and perfect. Easy check in, easy check out, pool on the roof had a view of the ocean. That is where I spent most of my time. Full refrigerator was rare to find in Mexico, but this rental had a full fridge and stove top (also rare.) no complaints! I would live here if I could!

Zentrale Lage. Trotzdem ruhig. Apartment im 2. Stock. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Bequeme Betten. WLAN sehr gut. Pool im 6. Stock toll. Gab aber leider viele Mosquitos, da wäre Fliegennetz sehr hilfreich gewesen. Wohnung roch von Anfang an ein bisschen moddrig. Dieser Geruch ging auch kaum weg.

El departamento está en una zona tranquila,además está súper equipado y de fácil acceso y lo mejor que la playa nos tocó con mínimo sargazo.

Stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to leave! The location was perfect - many great restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, pool, and the nearby cafes. Highly recommend and hope to come back sometime soon.

Muy buena ubicación! el lugar muy agradable y comodo, buen servicio al cliente por parte de la recepción, perfecto si buscas algo cerca de la quinta avenida y el ferry a Cozumel pero en una zona tranquila, cerca de restaurantes. la azotea tiene una bonita vista.

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Definitivamente es un lugar increíble!!! Los anfitriones al pendiente en todo momento, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle para hacer de la estancia un momento reconfortable y que te den ganas de volver una y otra vez! Las instalaciones están súper cuidadas y prácticamente tienes todo a la mano. La playa a unos cuantos pasos 🏖️, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia a unos cuantos pasos, la alberca está de 10 con una vista sorprendente 😎 Mega anfitriones de verdad! Nos vemos pronto 🤟🏻😁

Ame la atención de los anfitriones, me salvaron de no pasar la noche en el carro junto con 7 jovencitas, el Airbnb que rente para mis vacaciones nos hizo pasar un mal momento y tuvimos que dejarlo, contacte a los anfitriones en altas horas de la noche y fueron accesibles y rápidos nos facilitaron todo para habitar el departamento en menos de 10 min 🤗 fueron ángeles para nosotros, el lugar es cómodo seguro y con indicaciones súper claras y precisas, están en contacto y disponibles siempre, los recomiendo 100%

Todo muy bien …solo uno detalles que se pueden arreglar fácilmente …nos hicieron falta bolsas para las papeleras ….solamente dejaron las que estaban puestas ..todo lo demás muy bien

Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

Excelente, fácil de ubicar, la casa era tal cual a las fotos, todo ordenado y limpio, la alberca nos gustó mucho, fue un plus. La atención en todo momento fue excelente. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

My family and I had a really nice and relaxing time while staying at the Altaria Residencial. The grounds were clean and truly enjoyed laying out by the beautiful pool.
