Apartment vacation rentals in Playacar Beach

Rafael’s place was great, my family liked the place and specially the pool, my girls had fun even though our stay was just for a while they enjoyed to the fullest. We definitely recommend his apartment and would definitely love to book another stay again in the future.

The rental property was as described and looked just like the photos. Marissa was super friendly and quick to reply to any questions we had. The location is amazing; however, if you are looking for quiet solitude this might not be the place for you. We loved being feet from the ocean but others might be bothered by people setting up umbrellas and spending the day directly in front of your balcony. We enjoyed walking the beautiful beaches and falling asleep to the sound of the waves! The rooftop pool area was relaxing and we had great drinks and a delicious woodfire pizza up there as well. The kitchen was well stocked but the choices of local restraurants and bars within walking distance were almost endless so we chose to eat out rather than cook our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here!

Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

Our first time to Playa. WE WILL BE BACK !! The condo is OUTSTANDING !! The location, 2 blocks from strip. We walked 2-5 miles daily to shops, bars, restaurants. Walmart is 6 6-block walk so you can stock up on snacks/alcohol very cheap. SUPER SAFE anywhere you go. The view & pool & patio of this gated condo is basically everything you can ask for. They put out chairs & Umbrellas daily. Next door on both sides of condo the waiters will come to the beach and bring you food & beverages, and an added discount for INtin Beach restaurants. INTI BEACH restaurant has exquisite food and nightly shows !!!! Rebecca did an outstanding massage there as well. It's literally 20 steps from condo/beach entrance !! The condo was very spacious, clean, Staff visited to ask if we needed anything. Grounds are immaculate. The only thing I will say is mananage your expectations. Mexico is music, celebration capital. We went during carnival, and yes you could hear music at night. It didn't effect sleep.

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

The location of this condo is phenomenal. It's two blocks from 5th Ave, 4 blocks to the beach and many incredible restaurants. There is a fantastic grocery store just a couple blocks away around the corner. We had to depart earlier than we planned, but the apartment was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and both balconies. The apartment was clean and lovely! Ryan was an exceptional host! He was quick to respond to all of our questions, including when we had a medical emergency. The building was fantastic! Gorgeous pools, lots of great areas to lay out. The bar had very affordable drinks. The consierge was very helpful.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

This was my very first trip to Mexico. Playa Del Carmen By Andiani airbnb was the perfect place to stay for my first trip. I felt safe, it was very clean and beautifully designed and very comfortable. The location was perfect! close to 5th Ave., the beach and resturants. The neighborhood is very walkable as well. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely book another stay at this airbnb, it was fantastic!

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

Nous y sommes revenus pour la 2e fois pour 5 semaines . Tout s’est bien passé , aucun souci , Dania a répondu rapidement à nos questions et demandes . Elle nous a même proposé des activités qui se déroulaient à proximité . Les espaces communs sont agréables et bien entretenus . Personnel souriant et serviable . Le quartier est tranquille et sécuritaire , à 5 minutes de marche du supermarché et des colectivos . Bons restaurants dans les rues avoisinantes . On y reviendra . Merci Dania .

Nice apartment! A little dark, but enjoyed the rooftop pool with the beautiful view of the sea. Amazing location. It was quiet yet walkable to Quinta Avenida and all the restaurants on Calle 38. Apartment was spotless and spacious.

Probably the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Easy check in, right by 5th Avenue and beach clubs. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and refreshments. The windows are all tinted so noone can see in, small balcony that's great. Very spacious bed and bathroom with an additional toilet. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

Excellent locations, host, concierge, and place! All around I have enjoyed staying here before the second floor upgrade and now post upgrade it’s was amazing before and amazing now!!! Highly recommend!

Frank’s place is in a perfect location. It’s very clean and all the amenities worked wonderfully. The bed was comfortable. My only wish was that there was a TV in the bedroom, but there is a large one in the living room. Will definitely be staying here again!

This place was a gem — dope location, spacious rooms, and the showers/bathrooms were genuinely lovely. Bonus points for the snorkel gear you can borrow — such a nice touch. Pro tip: grab takeout from Hijas de la Tostada and have a cozy night in with a movie. It’s the perfect way to wind down here. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect little landing pad for our PDC adventures. Gorgeous view of la playa from the bedrooms & kitchen areas. Close to a lot of restaurants & shops. The upstairs infinity pool was an amazing place to relax in after a long hot day exploring the area. You are steps away from the beach here & a few more steps away from the main part of town. Would highly recommend!! Just make sure to check seaweed reports first *saying that as a first timer in beautiful Mexico so it’s something I wish I knew, we had a lovely time here just the same :)- although they do clean the beach that’s in front of the unit every morning from what we saw.

The location of the accommodation was perfect and the amenities such as the swimming pool were quiet enough to enjoy. The view is also beautiful and there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms, making it great for families to stay in.

The condo is really well located (5th avenue is just around the corner), with several great amenities in the building, including a rooftop pool and gym. I felt safe and comfortable for the entire stay. To comment on or confirm a few things I saw in other reviews that I was thinkikg about before we came: - Street noise from barking stray dogs is definitely a thing, but if you're sensitive to the noise it's easily mitigated with noise cancelling headphones or by sleeping on the futon instead of the bedroom. I do not think you're likely to avoid this noise by staying elsewhere anyway. - I did not get swarmed by mosquitoes in the gym. it was a comfortsble space with good AC. there is a good selection of weights, 2 benches, a mat, a squat rack, and a stationary bike. The treadmill was not working when I stayed and the elliptical was unstable, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, I really recommend staying here for your time in Playa.
