We had a great stay at Tim's place. The unit was well furnished and had lots of charm. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment was quiet and peaceful! Tim is an excellent host, easy to communicate with, responsive and very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again.

This place is perfect and it’s right across from Washington park! Everything you would need for a short or an extended stay. Lloyd was helpful and responsive. I’d stay at another one of his properties in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

I had a great stay at this apartment while attending a conference in Albany. The space was clean and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk from my conference venue. The host was also very communicative and responsive, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful time in Troy, New York. My host, Jermaine, was very responsive and helpful, giving me recommendations on things to do, and even helping me when I left something behind. The home was spotless and just like the photos. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay!

We had the most wonderful stay in Hudson. The apartment was really well located to walk into town for great food and shopping. It was so nice to have a kitchen to be able to do a bit of our own cooking as well, with food and coffee within easy access. It was also in a great spot to explore the rest of the Hudson Valley. We hope to come again!

It was my first time booking an airbnb and Diana was an amazing host and easy to communicate with! Made me stay in Albany for my graduation really smooth for me and my friends. The place was extremely nice and smelled amazing the whole time. She thought of everything you could need from kitchen appliances and cutlery to board games and food place suggestion! Definitely a 5 star stay, I highly recommend.

Staying here was a joy, had all the accommodations and the listing is accurate. The area is very peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for a isolated getaway that is affordable then this place is it! For and older home it is well kept and felt like staying at relative's home, cosy and all! Plenty of towels, soap and other items that the host supplies that is a blessing too!

We enjoyed our stay at Frank and Mette's. Frank sent a message letting us know we could check in at an earlier time, and we were given clear instructions on check-in details. The space was great, just as advertised but I feel the pictures don't do it justice. Anything you might need is there, and we appreciated the water stocked in the fridge! Clear instructions for the TV were left, and information about our stay as well. We utilized a spot in the driveway. Frank also had let me know we could use the deck entry when I had previously inquired, for any exit or entry after first checking in through the main door, but we had no issues with the main entrance so we chose to continue to use that instead. AC units worked great, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure. Downtown is right nearby, including Samuel's Sweets. And Poughkeepsie is about a 25 minute easy drive for anyone needing to venture out that way. We would definitely stay in the future if we are in the area again.

The place is calm and quiet, and very close to shops. Nice place overall.

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

This was our 2nd weeklong stay. The space is clean and bright. Heating details were clearly explained. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 7 minute drive for milk I forgot to bring for coffee. We saw a small bobcat in the front yard on our last morning. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were friendly and responsive. I’d recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again.

The apartment was very cozy and homey, plus very clean. It's perfect for a weekend getaway in Hudson. Great access to all the best restaurants and shops that Hudson has to offer.

Wonderful stay in Catskill. Joseph was a great host and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I especially appreciated all the recommendations on museums/art galleries and hikes in the area. The unit was very comfortable for two people. One of the other reviewers recommended feast&floret in Hudson for dinner. I second the recommendation. They were booked the night we went but we called and were able to get a spot.

My stay was smooth and the condo was nice. I was on a business trip so I didn't have much time in the room besides sleeping which was quiet

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, near many Berkshires attractions. The hot tub and pool were great! Welcoming gifts of snacks and wine were much appreciated.

Perfect ski in ski out. Great spot with an incredible view of the slopes. Pool hot tub restaurant all in the same building no need to leave once you get there. Appreciated Renee’s flexibility on check out which made our lives easier. Will be back
