Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

The condo was perfect for our needs, in a lovely area, clean, with everything we needed for the meals we prepared there. Having the recreation center available to us with its indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool was an added bonus. We didn't have time to take advantage of other offerings there for fun and exercise. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my first experience using airbnb. Brooke was very prompt in answering all of my questions and I can highly recommend booking a stay at one of her locations.

The is a truly dream house. It is fully equipped, very spacious, clean, cozy, wonderful view. Perfect for a beach getaway, relaxing and amazing time to enjoy the peaceful beach. The host is always in contact if you need them. Loved our staying. Will come back in a heartbeat.

Our stay was more than what we expected! Ty was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The views were so beautiful! The boys loved fishing on the dock. They caught lots of fish and crabs! The beach was just a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying and we would love to come back for another stay!

Diane's condo is exceptionally well kept and a beautiful view of the ocean! So peaceful and relaxing to walk out onthe deck and kjst enjoy the view with the breeze from the shoreline! Would definitely return!

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s not directly on the beach, but the ocean and sound views from all the decks were great. We could walk to the beach within a couple minutes. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the dark with all the decorative lighting. I didn’t think we needed an elevator, but it made a huge difference with groceries and luggage. And we finally got to witness baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean just down the beach from the house! We would definitely stay there again!

very nice to be right on the ocean, beach was just a few steps away. love the sound of the ocean. the pool was heated and the hot tub relaxing. very easy communication and check in and out. would definitely stay there again.

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

Great stay! We loved that our dog could come hangout with us. The place was clean and super cute! Easy drive to beach and downtown.

Great Place. Nice spot on the beach, the deck and tall chairs were nice. It was great that there were nice folding chairs to take down to the beach.

We had a great stay at Prior Engagement. Traveling with our dog and two kids under two, we are particular about what Airbnbs we choose. This is one of the best places we have stayed where kids are not just welcomed but also considered. Baby gates on the decks, children's tableware and even trikes, made both our kids excited to stay at "our white and blue beach house".

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This was perfect for our mini family getaway! Lot’s of room, clean & just steps away from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Minnie was responsive to everything within minutes which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

I absolutely loved our stay! the views are incredible! You can see the bay and ocean from inside the house. So many fun activities around the area and the walk to the beach couldn’t have been closer or easier! Can’t wait to go back! David is a wonderful host and his house is the perfect beach getaway!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We enjoyed a great girls' weekend at Rachel's place. It was perfect for a 3-night stay for 2 adults and a toddler. We appreciated the child lock on the balcony door and the chain on the main door, just for kiddo safety! Beautiful views of the ocean and sound. Two easy elevators, coffee shop and ice cream shop, as well as a few restaurants on site. The decks over the dunes were very well-maintained and easy to navigate with the beach wagon. We also enjoyed the two pools. Great place to rent and we will be back!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

Beautiful house, excellent location! Easy access to the beach, and the community pool is literally next door. Would love to stay here again. Matt communicated very well, and my family had a great time on vacation. Couldn’t ask for more.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved the area and the culture. We will definitely be revisiting Atlantic Beach again after this trip.
