Guesthouse vacation rentals in Pierce County

it was a bit overpriced IMO. I'm still giving it 5* because the host is very responsive and it was as advertised. But I've stayed at the main house on this property and it was quite a bit more space for basically the same cost. I was disappointed to see that nobody was staying in that unit, even though it had been marked as unavailable on the 3rd and 4th nights of my original request. we could really have used the extra space and it looked like it was just empty the whole time. felt a bit like a cash grab. trying to get weekend bookings rather than just offering the best option to a 4 night midweek booking that happened to check out on a Saturday

Barb and Dick are wonderful hosts, so kind and friendly, giving a comfort level of being at home. The cottage is perfect and in a great location with a beautifully maintained yard of flowers, trees, bushes, a hammock, chairs, picnic table and a great view of Puget Sound with the tide going in and out. Loved the view and being able to walk on the beach and finding treasures. The breakfast was so nice seeing we got in later than planned, so we had something for the next morning. Absolutely fantastic all the way around and I highly recommend. We picked a good one and will definitely return. Thank you 😊Barb & Dick

Great place to crash for skiing crystal mountain in the winter or visiting rainier in the summer! Cozy cabin vibe :)

Wonderful, peaceful place for a quick getaway from the city. Our little family of 3 had a great time at the lake! We specially enjoyed the little boat and paddle board.

Highly recommended! We had a lovely stay at Carrie’s guest house. Raft Island is quiet and covered with green vegetation, exactly what we were looking for. The house is a short drive away from Gig Harbor. We loved our stay and hope to return another time.

This is my 5th or 6th time to stay at Lisa’s over many years. It’s always perfect

I rented this listing as a trial run before doing a longer stay this summer. Linda was great! She was incredibly responsive to my questions to set up the trial run. it all went off smoothly and I am looking forward to a longer stay this summer.

We'd give five stars five times if we could. Just the perfect R&R getaway spot during our two week road trip. From the lovely accommodations to the ever changing lake vista to the hospitality provided by Tom and Pam (even fresh baked bread), we couldn't ask for more!

The cottage was perfect for us. We came over for a Celebration of life. unfortunately we didn't get to spend much time there. Was able to use the iron to press our clothes and fluff a blouse in the dryer. It was nice and peaceful with all the amenities. Communication was great with Kathy. Would like to come over again and spend some time with the horses and visit with Ray and Kathy. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and comfortable.

The space was amazing, it was just what we needed and had great instructions for getting there and checking in as well as recommendations and check out. Galen was a responsive and flexible host and all of the amenities were fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again 👍

The place is absolutely amazing and lovely. The view outside heals everything. If I can chance I will definitely come back and stay again.

Joe is by far the best host from whom I’ve had the pleasure of renting. His home is also incredible, tons of bed space, tons of work space, incredibly stocked kitchen (expert-level on the exact cookware one would need), and everything to do with it is genius and innovative. Beautiful property—private in nature with a perfect outside desk—safe and hidden parking—close to beauty. Extremely responsive and respectful host—he sets a fantastic example. Definitely stay here!!! (And respect him and his haven!!)

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Parlor property. Private separated guesthouse had everything we needed. One bed as part of the main living space with partition, and one private bedroom. Friendly and fun pets and horses to visit with, but none stay at the guesthouse. Lori was very engaged whenever needed. Location is a convenient 40 minute drive to Crystal Mountain ski resort, and there are a number of local restaurants, breweries, and stores in Enumclaw. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Crystal, Rainier, or just wanting to escape to the country for awhile.

We really fell in love with this tiny home. We expected tiny and it was but we did not expect on how well that small space was executed. The kitchen was well stocked with quality items and easy to find. The details to help with storage of personal items like the baskets and under-bed space for suitcases was so helpful. We could not get enough of the view of the water and were able to sea lions and seals, which was fun to watch with the provided binoculars. We ended up eating breakfast and dinner both days which wasn’t apart of our plan, but wanted take in all the moments of feeling the peace we felt being there on the water. This spot is the perfect romantic getaway that will give anyone a chance to reconnect and unwind. We were able to meet Cullen and he was so kind and easy to talk too. Highly recommend!

Like something out of an enchanted story book, this place was even more than we hoped for or could ever imagine. Like a dream! Comfortable, peaceful and beautiful. A perfect place to vacation, visit family and explore Gig Harbor. Would love to visit again in the future. The Harry Potter designs were icing on the cake. Thank you Joleen and fam! Heli was a wonderful and thoughtful host! My check in time was quite late and I was surpised Heli came to greet me as well as prepared the home for my arrival. The space was cozy and I felt right at home. Would totally recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Nice place and great area. Free private parking, too! I felt cozy and safe. Also, Nathan was nicely proactive in getting a couple articles of clothing back to me that I had left behind.

This studio is beautifully appointed. The pictures don't do it justice. It's sparkling clean, decorates wonderfully, filled with every amenity you can imagine plus some, brand new appliances and the most comfortable bed. The fenced yard with fireplace is a great area to hang out in and enjoy the sunshine. The location is perfect for walking all around puyallup, even to the fair! Lots of great dining and shopping options. Highly recommend!
