Big Canoe Stream Ambiance

Gorgeous house in Big Canoe. Sit in the woods or on decks to listen to the stream (summer depends on rainfall-sometimes dry) and waterfalls. 3 bedrooms. Painted Jan 2022. Master suite includes a sleeping porch & panoramic views. 2 decks-play pingpong or foos ball. Play a round of golf or tennis or lounge by the 2 pools or 3 lakes. There is even a rockslide! Accessible to all guests, but you will pay a fee. We do welcome pets, but the house can only handle two. They will incur a $200 per pet fee.

A sunlit sunporch features vaulted wooden ceilings and stone accents. Large windows frame scenic views, while cozy seating includes two armchairs and a sofa. A round table adds to the inviting layout. A flat-screen television is mounted above a stone fireplace, enhancing the relaxing ambiance.

Master on main; views of the lake. Flat screen SMART TVs, Wifi for streaming. Walk to the beach on a paved path or drive two minutes to the 27 hole championship golf course/clubhouse, Black Bear Pub, and restaurant. Less than one mile to tennis center, Swim Club, and hiking trails. + Huge remodel, ready 4/2024.

Recently renovated, our home is perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation. 2 BR/2 BA with fully equipped kitchen and deck overlooking Lake Petit. Deck furnished with eating area, 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs and propane fire table. The home is light and bright with circular, floor to ceiling windows allowing in natural light. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

We've had another great year achieving Air B&Bs Top 1% of Homes rating based on guest ratings, reviews and reliability. Our cottage is located at the base of the mountain on Lake Sconti at Big Canoe, we are a 5 min. walk to Black Bear Pub & Golf Center and a short drive to the Tennis Center, Wellness Center and Waterpark. We are also very close to the main gate for quick access to grocery stores, local restaurants, wineries, and popular wedding venues. Location, location, location.
