Vacation rentals with a pool in Perledo

The four days of six in the house were simply fantastic. We felt very comfortable every minute. The house and the garden with the pool are very lovingly and modernly furnished with regional accessories. There was nothing missing and the view of the lake is simply stunning. Monia always responded super quickly through the app and helped with all questions. Very nice and accommodating landlady who cares for the house with passion and prepares the guests. On Monia's recommendation, we spontaneously took part in the now annual Wine&Food tour of the small village of Montemezzo. Simply authentic, delicious and with many beautiful encounters. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! Thank you Ute and Maximilian for the warm welcome, clear arrival instructions and perfect location to celebrate my mum’s 70th Birthday! We were a group of 8 - mum & dad, kids in 30/40s and two grandchildren aged 7 and 11. Everyone loved it and we enjoyed eating outside every day with the incredible views. The location is absolutely jaw-dropping and we could have spent all week just staring at the view! The house is perfectly equipped and not missing anything that we needed. The pool is beautiful and the kids spent hours playing in it! We enjoyed walks from the house along footpaths to nearby villages, a trip to the goats cheese farm round the corner, a swim in the lake at Spiaggia La Calchera di Rezzonico, taking the boat from Menaggio to Veranna and climbing up to the castle, crazy golf in Menaggio and a visit to Villa Carlotta. We also had two excellent meals just down the road at Locanta San Martino. A wonderful stay!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Elena and her husband are wonderful host. We had a fantastic time in this paradise. The views will make you stay longer. Elena was very kind and provided us with very helpful information. It was the best decision to stay in Menaggio since we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. I will recommend you to stay in their place 1000% Check in and check out was very easy . Helpful tip: it’s better to have a car if you stay here. We went to many places at our own pace. Thanks Elena for allowing us to have a great and unforgettable time!

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

We had an incredibly great week at this Airbnb. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 1 children's room with bunk bed (which we used for one adult, which was also completely sufficient), as well as 2 large bathrooms with toilet and even a separate toilet. It has a lot of greenery around the house and the pool and views are unbeatable, we didn't get enough of it. The house is a bit outdated, which you notice in some places, but did not bother us further. For example, the kitchen is newly made and left nothing to be desired, it even had a steamer. The place was very clean and the communication with the landlords very good. We would come back anytime!

We stayed in this great location for 1 week in JUL 23. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 & 6) View was as great as what you can see on the photos. Location is one of the best possible. Not too far from Menaggio (boat to Belagio & Varena). You have a adventure park for kids and adults 20mn away too. And paragliding above Como is also 20mn away (for a once in a lifetime experience). Then you also have Lugano and Como 1h away b’and definitely worth it. Very easy and smooth check-in, hassle free. We enjoyed the small pool on the top every day the weather permited and kids loved it. Definitely recommend for a family trip around Como.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. would need a car to explore the nearby villages as there was not much to do in Olgiasca itself. the view you wake up to each and every morning is magical! would have liked an extra set of towels.

one of the most wonderful stays we've ever had. The pool and garden was really private just for us, huge garden between space in the shade. No tourists in the area, all just residents, very pleasant. The hostess Cinzia and her family were extremely kind. We will definitely come back, thank you ❤️

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
