Vacation rentals with a pool in Perledo

Die vier Tage zu sechst im Haus waren einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns jede Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und der Garten mit dem Pool sind sehr liebevoll und modern mit regionalen Accessoires eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend. Monia hat immer superschnell über die App reagiert und bei allen Fragen geholfen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die das Haus mit Herzblut pflegt und den Gästen vorbereitet. Spontan haben wir auf Empfehlung von Monia die inzwischen jährlich stattfindende Wine&Food-Tour durch das kleine Örtchen Montemezzo teilgenommen. Einfach authentisch, lecker und mit vielen schönen Begegnungen. Wir sind begeistert und können das Haus jedem nur empfehlen. Stephan Scheel

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! Thank you Ute and Maximilian for the warm welcome, clear arrival instructions and perfect location to celebrate my mum’s 70th Birthday! We were a group of 8 - mum & dad, kids in 30/40s and two grandchildren aged 7 and 11. Everyone loved it and we enjoyed eating outside every day with the incredible views. The location is absolutely jaw-dropping and we could have spent all week just staring at the view! The house is perfectly equipped and not missing anything that we needed. The pool is beautiful and the kids spent hours playing in it! We enjoyed walks from the house along footpaths to nearby villages, a trip to the goats cheese farm round the corner, a swim in the lake at Spiaggia La Calchera di Rezzonico, taking the boat from Menaggio to Veranna and climbing up to the castle, crazy golf in Menaggio and a visit to Villa Carlotta. We also had two excellent meals just down the road at Locanta San Martino. A wonderful stay!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Elena and her husband are wonderful host. We had a fantastic time in this paradise. The views will make you stay longer. Elena was very kind and provided us with very helpful information. It was the best decision to stay in Menaggio since we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. I will recommend you to stay in their place 1000% Check in and check out was very easy . Helpful tip: it’s better to have a car if you stay here. We went to many places at our own pace. Thanks Elena for allowing us to have a great and unforgettable time!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Auch der Pool war sehr angenehm. Das Parkhaus ist leider sehr eng und relativ schwierig zum rausfahren. Morgens war es leider sehr früh lauter, da die Fenster in den Innenhof gehen, wo Arbeiten am Cablecar vorgenommen wurden. Wir würden aber trotzdem auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um die tolle Aussicht zu genießen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour juste l’arrivée qui était un peu compliqué les instructions était pourtant claire mais le gps n’a pas fonctionné, route très étroite en pavé et a doublé sens vraiment pas évident de circuler en pente. Bel appartement avec vu sur le lac, piscine un peu froide dommage, terrasse qui manque un peu d’intimité. Très bon restaurant « baba du lac » où nous avons mangé pour pas très cher je recommande vivement ! Ville qui n’est pas de ferry pour Varenne donc obligé de prendre la voiture sinon accessible pour les autres villes , compter 1h/1h30 de trajet sur le lac. Taxé de séjour 1euro/personne à compter et payé en espèce à l’arrivée. Je n’ai pas trouvé Irene très souriante à mon arrivée mais elle nous a bien expliqué le logement , les accès et répondait rapidement aux messages merci à vous

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Une personne nous attendait sur place pour nous montrer le logement et nous y faire entrer. L’endroit est magique, la vue incroyable

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Splendide vue sur le lac! Appartement très propre. Attention, si vous n’avez pas de voiture, la montée est très raide. Le bus de nuit ne fonctionne qu’à partir de juin. La journée, il existe le bus D21 à la gare. 2€/personne. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

Wir haben eine unglaublich tolle Woche in diesem Airbnb verbracht. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (was wir für eine erwachsene Person genutzt haben was auch völlig ausgereicht hat), sowie 2 grosse Badezimmer mit WC und sogar noch ein separates WC. Es hat viel Grün um das Haus herum und der Pool und die Aussicht sind unschlagbar, wir haben nicht genug davon bekommen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an einigen Stellen etwas merkt, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Küche ist z.B. neu gemacht und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es hatte sogar einen Steamer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We stayed in this great location for 1 week in JUL 23. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 & 6) View was as great as what you can see on the photos. Location is one of the best possible. Not too far from Menaggio (boat to Belagio & Varena). You have a adventure park for kids and adults 20mn away too. And paragliding above Como is also 20mn away (for a once in a lifetime experience). Then you also have Lugano and Como 1h away b’and definitely worth it. Very easy and smooth check-in, hassle free. We enjoyed the small pool on the top every day the weather permited and kids loved it. Definitely recommend for a family trip around Como.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. would need a car to explore the nearby villages as there was not much to do in Olgiasca itself. the view you wake up to each and every morning is magical! would have liked an extra set of towels.

eine die herrlichste Aufenthalte wo wir mal waren. Der Pool und Garten ist wirklich Privat nur für uns gewesen, riesse Garten zwischen Platz im Schatten. Keine Touristen im Umgebung, alle nur Einwohner, sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeberin Cinzia und Ihre Fmilie waren ausserst lieb. wir kommen bestimmt wieder, danke ❤️

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Es war alles super, wir haben uns trotz etwas Regen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in der Wohnung mit Sauna & Dampfpad genießen.

Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Nur die Anweisungen zur Schlüsselübergabe war ein bisschen widersprüchlich.
