Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parker Strip

What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

I WISH THE POOL WAS HEATED BUT COST TO MUCH

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

House is great. Very large. Accommodates a large group very well. Separate casita is very large. Everything is very clean. Communication was great. We stay in Havasu a lot and I see/have stayed in alot of houses with good/great reviews that actually kinda suck. This house is great. We’ll definitely be back.

This is our second time staying in this rental. It’s always very clean and free of clutter. Last time we stayed in winter so this was our first time staying in really hot weather and the AC kept us very cool and worked well. They added lawn games in the sunroom, those were super fun. Our kids loved that. Overall, this stay was really nice. It’s peaceful, so easy to get inside and the instructions/ communication are always very clear. Thank you again for another wonderful stay Josef.

My family and I had a great time over Memorial Day Weekend! So glad we chose Joans place! As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Super clean/ spacious and cozy. Even better than the pictures. The second living room was appreciated by my daughter when she wanted to relax without her sister…lol…Nice big garage that helped keep the car cool from the triple digit heat. The home’s air conditioning worked great. Which is always important when visiting the desert. Quiet, safe, residential area with well kept homes/streets. Only a 10 minute easy, quick drive to the Bridge. Nice local grocery store was only a few minutes away. Joan was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Great place one of the best places I’ve stayed in Havasu for a great price!

James’s place was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway! The location was great, close to all of the essentials, and close to the water! The house had everything you could possibly need. Cooking for the group was a breeze thanks to their fully stocked kitchen. My pup was especially happy to have such a large yard to explore! Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back to James’ place for my future trips to Havasu. :)

Such a cute little space! Clean and quiet but so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

overall place was clean, complex as a whole could be cleaned and updated but that isnt Viktors fault, and the unit was very nice, and close to everything in town.

Every year my family comes we always book with Lynn . This is my 3rd year back and well continue to comeback. Always feelings like home .

The home was lovely! We were very comfortable staying there and had all the conveniences we could need. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The location was very convenient as well. Anne was such a great host, you can tell they take pride in hosting and their home. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Note if you have young kids, it is upstairs and mostly all glass cups/plates lol other than that wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Anne!

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.
