Vacation rentals with beach access in Parker Strip

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We loved staying at villa 12! We normally stay at villa 4 but this year wanted the extra bedroom and it was wonderful. Such an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! This was our 3rd year staying at the villas and will be back for years to come. The kids had a blast and made some amazing core memories. Thank you Darcy! ❤️

Perfect for the weekend stay, boat and truck fit on the side yard nicely and I hope to stay here again! Very very clean too

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

We Love the home, The pool, and Jennifer was Very friendly, we booked a trip for June in 2025 in December of 2024. And I had asked a lot of questions, and she was fast to answer, the home was dog Friendly that was great for us because we have a puppy with a broken toe on the mend. I even loved the master bedroom. just a lovely home to stay at. We will be booking again. The Beechler Family.

This trip consisted of myself, my wife, my late 60s Mom, and my two daughters. Mike’s house was nice and clean, and everybody was comfortable there, including my Mom who is quite the clean freak! The back yard and pool was great, the house was in a nice safe neighborhood, and close enough to the Lake, and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place to stay with a small family and boat. One minute from the boat launch. Golf cart use was a nice addition

My husband and two little boys (4 and 1) stayed at Ian's place for a few days while I visited family and it couldn't have been any more perfect for us. The house was comfortable, clean, homey, and had everything we needed. The best part was the pool, jacuzzi, beautiful outdoor grill setup and amazing lake view. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, accommodating an early checkin for us. I also appreciated the laundry in the garage, games for the kids, and modern Nest air conditioning throughout the house. We'll definitely be staying here every time we come back to Havasu!

Martys place is great place right next to an area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to check in.

The location was great! Right by the London bridge! Close to everything and great parking

beautiful condo, made us feel right at home. we are a family of seven, four of which are small children and we all slept comfortably. fully furnished apartment had everything you would need. we loved our stay and location and would love to stay in this exact place again next year ☺️ the host even let us check in earlier than the expected time and allowed me to add a last minute guest! thank you for a lovely vacation my family will remember forever!! 🥰

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.
