Waterfront vacation rentals in Panama City

Very nice place right on the beach. Me and my family had a great time and loved our stay. Would definitely come back to stay again. Also David was very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua 201! Kim’s instructions from the beginning were easy & informative. The second floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean was perfect. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made the unit feel even more spacious. Balconies from the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms were a pleasant surprise as we enjoyed watching the night-life and cruising. Restaurants were within walking distance; Pier Park was a fun place we visited a few times; Pineapple Willy’s was about a 20 minute drive; Target & Walmart were 5 minutes away. We went to The Wicked Wheel twice for dinner- definitely recommend! Parking is $50 for the week, & we always felt safe. Beach chairs/umbrella are available for $40/day in front of the condo, but we brought our own chairs & tent, even though Kim does have chairs/umbrellas/toys available. The washer/dryer was perfect every day we came up from the beach! This condo was definitely our home away from home…with the best views! We will be back for sure!

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

Nicely decorated in a beachy theme with a great beach and pool view from spacious balcony. Kitchen was well appointed and clean. Plenty of linens and other supplies. Pet friendly but note to other future dog owners, the best dog walking area is behind tower 2 which is where you’ll find a fenced dog park area. Would recommend Phil’s place.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place. The condo was clean, well organized, and very clear in all instructions. We highly recommend this place and these owners! Hope to return in the future!

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach, the view of the beach from this place is AMAZING! There is so much to do in the resort without having to leave. We are hoping to be back next year!

Loved the location, very quiet and the view from the balcony was awesome. We had a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat. Keith responded quickly to my messages. This was my 3rd stay at an Airbnb property and the first time the host left welcome goodies, it was a lovely surprise and was enjoyed.

Great place to stay and had a great environment around it. Would love to stay there again if we’re in the area! Emily was very helpful with everything that was asked of her and extremely flexible.

Our short stay was just what we needed for a restful weekend. Coffee on the dock each morning to start the day, then on to exploring the canals and bay all day. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

This house was perfect for a relaxing time. It was cozy with nice comfy beds, plenty of room for our family and fully stocked kitchen. The view and the dock were the best part of the stay. This was truly a tread free vacation and the host communicated fast and was willing to help with whatever we needed. If we ever visit again we will be sure to stay here!

Host is very responsive. Home is within walking distance to the beach and it’s a short little walk.

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

The place was clean upon arrival. Very accurate description, the lake was beautiful and peaceful. And Kevin was nice, friendly, and responsive.

We had such a great stay at this cozy little spot on the sound! The beach area was perfect for the grandkids; calm, shallow water where they could catch hermit crabs, fish, and play for hours. The shared pier was a gem, great for early morning coffee, evening wine, and of course, fishing. We were even invited by the owners to a crawfish boil (so good!) which made the experience feel even more welcoming and local. We came to visit our grandkids who live nearby, and this was the perfect home base to spend time with them. Relaxed, comfortable, and full of sweet memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The house was just as described!! Very comfy and It had a nice view of the outside. It was very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. We will be visiting again for sure.

Jill was very kind and accommodating during our entire stay. Her place is beautiful and so peaceful. Very close to local attractions, safe, and secure. We loved it. :)

Very clean and relaxing

Marina's place was tastefully decorated and beautifully updated. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. The ocean water was so clear we could see stingrays, fish and dolphins from our balcony. She had just about anything you need for a beach vacation in the condo. Check in was a breeze. We appreciated that there was no key but instead code for door so we didn't have to worry about carrying a key around. Marina gave clear, timely communication. The whole experience was fantastic.

Clean place, comfy beds, beautiful view and deck, and right where we wanted to be.

Great location and plenty of space! The king bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and there were some very small things that need repairs, but overall a great place for the price. The view from the back deck is lovely, the condo was well-equipped and furnished, and the convenient location was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked a short 3 night stay for a getaway with our two sons for spring break, the condo was exactly as it was pictured. Comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked the way it should. Very surprised by all the location had to offer, tiki bar, heated pool, on site restaurant options. Short walk to local restaurants and shops. We have stayed in Panama four times over the last 2 years and this is by far the best location we have stayed!

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.
