Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Loved the game room. Ideal location with great access to local spots. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We booked this home for a much needed family vacation. Beach proximity was awesome and there was even a box of beach toys that my grandson enjoyed. Our first day was stormy so everyone enjoyed the game room...great evening activity too. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was clean.

My wife and I really enjoyed our yearly beach vacation. There is nothing compared to having your morning coffee then step off the back deck onto the beach. We absolutely loved everything about this property.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

The house was exactly how it was in the pictures. It is a beautiful home! The private entrance to beach is great. The house was clean and had plenty of linens, plus a washer and dryer! We had one small maintenance request and it was taken care of within the hour! Mitch was super quick to respond and helpful! I will definitely be staying here again!

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! Bryan is a superb host, going above and beyond to meet your every need! Thanks for making your house feel like our home away from home!

Description of set up online was kind of confusing. We were unsure of actual bedroom/bathroom set up, in regards to which level and which bathroom connects to which bedroom, but the house ended up fitting our needs. Our only other negative is that the regular brew coffee maker was really yucky in the water reservoir, but I always check and clean that no matter where I go. We did enjoy house, amenities and location, and good price. Great pool. Would definitely book again.v

We had a great stay here. The property was dog-friendly, which was a big plus, and the fenced-in yard made it easy and safe for our dog to be outside. The golf cart was a nice bonus and made getting to the beach quick and convenient. The house itself was clean and well-equipped—kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bathrooms and bedrooms were in great shape. Even though it was just the two of us, the 3 bed/2 bath layout could easily accommodate a larger group. No complaints—everything was as described and worked well for our needs.

The house was amazing and very close to the beach! We were able to walk to the beach with 5 kids with no issues! The house had everything we needed and Adam was very helpful with any questions i had my entire stay. The area was very peaceful and quiet which we loved for the evening hours.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jessica's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much effort she puts into making her guests feel at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated truly a home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the golf cart; it made exploring the area so convenient and fun! It added an extra touch of luxury to our trip and made getting around effortless. Jessica was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to booking our next stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Great host and great place. Early check in offered without even asking, house was in a fantastic location- easy walk to the beach and close enough to make as many trips back and forth as needed, very clean house, plenty of space. Overall extremely satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future.

This exceeded our expectations! The home was clean and well maintained. There was everything one would need to go to the beach. And the beach is only a short walk! Instructions were easy and readily available if needed! And the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. There were crates and a basket of items for the dog too! We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!!

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire
