The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed! It had everything needed for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal, with Buena Vista being a lovely area to walk around, and the proximity to the Design District made it very convenient. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would happily book again.

Estuve alojada en el apartamento durante 10 días. La ubicación del apartamento es insuperable, está a unos pasos del centro comercial de Bayside y Kaseya Centar. La zona es tranquila y frente al edificio del apartamento se encuentra la parada First Street del metromover, lo cual facilita la movilidad en la ciudad. Hay una variedad de restaurantes en los alrededores de todo precio. En la esquina encuentras un CVC y Ross, y en la esquina opuesta un estacionamiento seguro y de costo accesible ($15 las 24hr). A unas tres cuadras hay un supermercado de conveniencia. Si aún no es hora del check in puede dejarse las maletas en yotel por $7 c/u. El personal de recepción del edificio del apartamento es muy amable y hablan también español. Sam fue nuestro anfitrión, siempre estuvo atento y respondió con prontitud a nuestras consultas. Encontramos todo limpio y pasamos una agradable estadía... sin duda regresaremos!

Absolutely loved our stay here! It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the design district where there is lots to see and do. The place was very tidy, clean, roomy. It was also a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. There are some really good cafes nearby as well. The beds were comfortable and the apartment building was cute - beach towels are provided in the central area which was very accommodating.

We had such a great stay! The pool was private, the house was super convenient to the airport, and the house had everything we needed to feel at home.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier's home. The house was a bit old and very well-kept, so quite charming. The garden was very pretty, and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook in it. Javier & his brother Pablo were very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. The only downside was a couple stray ants in the kitchen & bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for this weekend. We will definitely rent this unit again as it was in such a prime area and close to everything!! Plenty of local food spots close by that are delicious as well

We had a perfect family getaway right here in Las Olas! The place was super clean, cozy, and just minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved the relaxing vibe , it felt like a mini staycation with all the perks. Host was responsive and made everything easy. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a escape! 🏖️🌴

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

Súper anfitriones, el condominio es lindo, tiene todos los servicios, la playa tranquila y segura, mucha variedad de centros comerciales cercanos; demoran un poquito en traer el auto los de valet parking (que está incluido en el pago) pero es cuestión de organizarse. Regresaría mil Veces

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️
