Absolutely loved the cabin! Would return in a heartbeat!

Me and my husband went for a weekend getaway, and it was just what we needed. The place was amazing, very very peaceful, and there were instructions in the house on how to use everything. The only thing I missed was an air conditioner because I get very hot at night, but that’s just me. Besides that everything was 100%. Definitely going back again :)

This was the perfect place for some much needed rest and relaxation! The cabin was very cozy and inviting, and the view from the porch was lovely and secluded. We highly recommend this to others and would be delighted to stay here again in the future!

The photos couldn't possibly do it justice—it's so beautiful, comfy, and thoughtfully done while still fitting the bill as an iconic upstate cabin. We plan to return when it's warmer and we can enjoy the enormous wraparound porch. However, it was cold and rainy when we were there, and we were happy to be warm and dry inside the cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked, including eggs and milk(!), and we happily ate most meals at the table.

I will certainly be a repeat visitor of this cabin!

An amazing place to truly unwind and escape the hustle of city life. Surrounded by breathtaking views and beautiful spots just minutes away, it’s the perfect getaway. The house is cozy and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay!

This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

The view was absolutely stunning and the environment was so peacefully quiet. The home is beautifully constructed and decorated with all the necessities and amenities. There’s plenty of space for the pups to run around safely, and the hot tub was amazing, especially with that view! William & Liz were excellent communicators and made the whole process incredibly simple. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great weekend stay at Esme's little cabin in the woods. Even though it was chillier than expected the cabin had great heating and we were very comfortable. Esme and Corey were very welcoming to us and our dog, it's a great place to stay!

The cabin was welcoming, very comfortable and clean. There was ample space and no clutter. It rained for most of my stay and I spent most of my time enjoying a cozy fire and the soak tub. The host provided many local suggestions for food and activities. The wifi was speedy and nice to have since cell service was spotty.

This place was definitely remote. Gorgeous surroundings but recommend you get there in daylight! Great hiking near by. Eclectic collection of LP’s were lots of fun! Really nice kitchen set up to cook all your meals if need be including a gas grill. Hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

We stayed a few nights in May. Mark's placed was clean and comfortable. The Balsam Lake Mountain trail is nearby and the views at the top are worth the 3hr round trip. The place is near the road but we counted only a few cars during our stay! Very peaceful. There are some delightful food options within easy drive, or stay home and cook in the well provisioned kitchen.

Great cabin would recommend to anyone!

My fiancé and I wanted a low key getaway for a little babymoon before our son comes next month and Katie’s place was perfect. Such a cute cabin feel and the couch and bed were very comfortable, and as a 9 month pregnant woman that’s important! It was such a close drive to everything we needed. The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor space but the fire pit area was calling our name. The sound of the creek was so relaxing. We’d stay again for sure!

We stayed here during the week into a Saturday and worked remotely. It was the perfect spot for us. Fast WiFi for both of us on zoom calls all day, perfect kitchen to cook our meals, quiet street, dog friendly, I could go on and on. We felt so comfortable during our stay and loved how cozy, clean and big the space was! Overall a really great experience and would love to return the next time we are in Hunter!

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

A wonderful place to stay for the weekend. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel right at home. The cabin has comfortable beds and all the amenities you might need for a longer stay. Located in a private and peaceful setting. I highly recommend this place for others looking to check out the area!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Spruce Lake Cabin. The lake was extremely peaceful and, despite the rainy weekend, was still very enjoyable on the deck. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the kayak! Jacqui was extremely friendly and communicative from the beginning. I’m hoping to plan another stay!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Yannick's place was a fantastic place to stay in the Catskills! It's located in an ideal location close to hiking, breweries, restaurants, etc. The house itself is clean and well decorated and they provide pretty much everything you need. My only gripe would be that there is no microwave (however, this is noted in the listing, so it was not a surprise); while I don't mind heating things up the old school way on a stove, there are certain things that just heat better in a microwave. And if a microwave is not provided, at least have some better nonstick pans (they were a bit of a pain bc everything stuck to them). In addition, it was hard to actually get to the stream (I think things were just overgrown and maybe it needs a trim back). But the beds are SO comfortable and overall the property is very serene, especially driving over the little bridge to the house with the stream. I would definitly recommend the place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Robert and Sandra were so helpful in making sure we were able to get the experience we were hoping for. The cabin is beautiful and we enjoyed looking through the photos of its construction. It was clean, comfortable, and very private.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stargazing Airbnb nestled in the heart of the forest. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by peaceful nature, away from the noise of the city. The space was thoughtfully designed - cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for a comfortable escape. The real magic, though, was at night. Lying under a sky full of stars, with nothing but the sounds of the forest around us, was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like we had the whole universe to ourselves. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. If you’re looking for a quiet, off-the-grid getaway to reconnect with nature and yourself, this is the perfect spot.
