I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The included amenities were top-notch, making my visit even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and ready to help with any inquiries I had. As a first-time visitor to Phoenix, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely felt at home here. I can’t wait to return and make this lovely place my go-to accommodation whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Kathy was a great host! Our family really enjoyed our time and very comfortable! The balcony was a winner for us! Such a great space to play cards and visit! The pool was fabulous! We used it daily and it was beautiful! Lots of trees and birds with plenty of area to hang out! We even used the BBQ! I had a couple of ideas for Kathy for the kitchen (we cook) and she agreed that it would be helpful! We will definitely be back! Felt so comfortable! Thanks for a GREAT Easter weekend!❤️

Dana's place was exactly what we needed for our stay with our baby and pup. As long as you understand that you're on campus and this complex houses university students then Dana's place is excellent. Super friendly and always responsive.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my times of booking things like hotels and stuff. Everything was just like the picture not only that Nomade helped me a little finding the keys he’s very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be booking with him again anytime I’m in the downtown area.

Katie’s place was great! Nice, quiet, safe, and walkable location, lots of nearby stores and restaurants, close to hiking trails. It had everything I needed for a long term stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phoenix.

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

Derek was an amazing host, really fast at replying and helping us. the place was amazing, enjoyed everything from the amazing place, to the pool table and jacuzzi, would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Phoenix. 10/10.

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was a great experience overall. Joel was detailed, friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as many restaurants and bars nearby. The parking and lower level condo was convenient and was very accessible. The price was very reasonable and the place had everything we needed.

everything was as described, we had a great time on our stay! only issue we ran into was the key fob missing but due to Laurie's quick responses it was with us the next day. awesome stay, awesome area, awesome host. we will be coming back!!!
