I had a fantastic stay at Garth’s place from May 26–30. Garth was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to make my stay smooth, even helping me secure a parking permit. The home is in a great location, close to the Metro and right next to a bus stop, which made getting around DC quick and easy. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was just as described. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC!

Great place to stay in DC. Neighborhood is charming with a park and little coffee shop with market steps away. Can walk to restaurants and to the Capitol within half hour. Very comfortable Airbnb.... Would stay there again

We loved this Airbnb! So clean and exactly as described! Great neighborhood. Convenient walk to Metro for a busy day of sightseeing and then coming back to all the the comforts of home! Comfortable beds, pillows! Had the pleasure to meet our host Terri on our last day. Very personable and kind! Would highly recommend - 3 beds, 3 baths - spacious! Will be staying here again on next trip back to DC!

Excellent location. Close to the Metro and a short ride to all that DC has to offer. Place is clean, and communication was always clear and accurate.

Great place

We needed a place to stay for my graduation at the university nearby for myself and my family. It felt like home away from home. It’s a very nice apartment, extremely clean stylish and comfortable. My favorite part was the skylight in the main room. I’d return anytime if we need to stay nearby. I actually wish I knew about this apartment last year for a long term stay. It would’ve been perfect.

Overall the fam & I loved it. The king air mattress & regular bed were both super comfy. Having off street parking was very helpful (had 2 cars, made it flexible to park both next to the rental). Street parking came very easy as well. The rental felt cozy and at home. We'll be keeping this listing in mind next time we're visiting DC. Walkable to union market & 930 club neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Aleksa and Sophia were generous and accommodating hosts. It was clear they enjoyed creating a space people would find comfort in. It was so nice to be welcomed by waters and snacks upon our late, traffic-filled Memorial Day weekend arrival. Aleksa and Sophia even left treats and bowls for our dog! They took the time to send over recommendations and explain in detail how to access the garage (huge plus!). There was lots of good food and friendly people in the area. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Such a great stay! The listing was very accurate and the location was convenient, close to the train and within short uber rides for everything we needed. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for me and my friends. Matt was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

It was very conveniently located in Old Town Alexandria, yet very quiet. The place was very clean with all appliances in place. Kayne was a great host. Thank you very much.

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

This was an amazing stay, the space is exactly like the photos, & in a safe community. Janee was very responsive & super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
