Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Old Naples

We are regular ABnB vacationers, and Sivy's was fantastic. A/C was perfect, pool is great design with deep and shallow side, grill was smaller than expected, but worked great... game room pool table gave us a nice extra... didn't use the bikes, but they looked in great condition.... and almost forgot, game room has its own A/C... that was great. The home is clean and pretty open. We enjoyed six adult dinners and on-one was crammed ever... the layout is nice and quite spacious. I will probably return in the future if Sivy's will have us! We do recommend this home as a perfect get away.

Excellent! Everything was so good that I didn't have to bother Jonh. And when I contacted him because it was the first time I had visited a facility of this type, he answered everything in a minute.

The airbnb was very nice and as pictured. Check in was easy and we felt very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The hosts provide much of what you would need and were great at communicating with us. The location was also great--lots of nearby amenities and just 15 minutes to the beautiful beach!

Sublime. Such a wonderful, relaxing and perfect week! Absolute best place to stay in Naples. Location can’t be beat. Houseboat is amazingly comfortable… cozy living room, fully outfitted kitchen and dining room, great bath and gorgeous master. Enough closet for all my clothes (which is a lot), storage for suitcases… decor is spot on.. and the DECKS! Private rear for morning coffee, topside for stretching out and doing that, ‘oh yea, we’re yacht owners’… gorgeous couches… tables, tropical plants, etc… and finally, the top-top deck… where we reclined on loungers and stargazed at night. The neighborhood (harbor), provides great boat watching, the Dock and Boathouse restaurants had awesome takeout (we never wanted to dine anywhere other than our top deck), and the tiki bar club (private to Cove residents), had wonderful drinks. Walker is a terrific gentleman, and his retreat is simply THE BEST❤️

My best friend and I had a great stay! The house was perfect for what we needed. Super clean and cozy and in a great location. We will definitely be back😊

Neil was a great host with a lovely house. He was very flexible with check in and allowed us to enter the house an hour before the usual arrival time. The house was beautiful and located 3 minutes away from 5th avenue and the beach. Would happily stay there again.

Even better than we expected. Great communication from the host and super responsive. We felt right and home and didn’t want to leave! The beds were very comfortable. House was spotless! We enjoyed the pool during the day and at night too since it’s screened in. Cary really thought of everything we could possibly need or want. Location is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Short drive to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time here. The pool is right outside the unit and we had it mostly to ourselves. Unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and nice lanai for drinking coffee in the mornings. The beach is just a few minute drive and there's a good pizza place 3 minutes away. Beds were super comfy and there are plenty of beach and bath towels, as well as other beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

Great communication, easy check in

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I know without a doubt we would book Stella's place again...thanks for a wonderful vacation! Tammy n Kevin

Perfect location! It is one block away from the beach and 3rd Avenue - absolutely brilliant combination! You can get up early and walk to Tony’s Off Third in <5 mins for some coffee and pastries in the morning and then in <5 mins, walk back over and head to the beach. It totally makes the vacation! On top of that, Richard is super proactive with instructions and eager to help. We had zero issues with check-in or during our stay. The unit was perfect for 2, has everything you need (and even extras like beach chairs and towels). Can’t wait to stay again!

Nicholas is a gem, and so is his place! He thought of every detail you did and more, it was a pleasure to stay at his place!

Had a great stay! It’s close to downtown and the beach but yet secluded and quiet for a nice long weekend getaway. We will return when back in the West coast. Thanks for a great stay at a great value!

Beautiful condo, very clean and had everything we needed the week we stayed. The view from the lanai is beautiful, sailboats going by during the day and gorgeous sunsets at night. The location is perfect, close to great shopping and restaurants. We went for walks on the beautiful beach and neighborhood daily. We look forward to returning.

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

We loved our stay! the photos of the listing don't do justice to how nice the area is, extremely well maintained, great pool, very short walk to beach, and all the conveniences that the condo provided. The views from the condo were breathtaking. We love Naples but had never been at Naples Cay but now it is our favorite place to stay. The beds were very comfortable! We had everything that we could ask for in terms of kitchen appliances, etc. The oven and the stove were great. Our 1 year old slept great in the bassinet provided, and the 4 year old loved the books and beach toys. Looking forward to coming back 😀

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!
