You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

I had to come to Grand Junction for a brief family gathering. I had lost another spot that I reserved due to a maintenance issues. I was grateful to find Charles’ place. I did have an issue getting in due to a code issue on the lock. However to Charles’s credit he came to let me in within a few minutes so that I could get settled. I was appreciative of his quick response and how willing he was to help. Overall, the space was as described and was comfortable and quiet which allowed me to have a good night’s sleep. The bed was comfortable and the space very clean and well decorated and newly remodeled.

Place was quiet and clean, had everything you need. We loved that the door is code locked so doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Internet speed was great. Fridge didn’t stay very cold so don’t plan on keeping food in there, but worked decent for water/drinks. Host was responsive and kind.

2 Bedroom Garden Level in the Heart of Downtown

Keenan is a great host, he has great private space, fast WiFi, streaming TV, large bathroom and shower. Kitchen does not have a full stove but does have induction burner, microwave, toaster oven which met our needs. Great location close to Downtown restaurants and CMU! We highly recommend, we (3 people) stayed here 2 months while my son attended CMU and we bought a house! and we're back and forth from our primary residence!

I stayed at the lodge after my travel plans changed unexpectedly. Debra and Jeanne couldn't have been more friendly and supportive. My room was very cozy and having the kitchenette was a life saver. The woodwork and decor added to the comfortable ambiance. Next time I'm in town I will take advantage of the game room!
