Cozy Calawah Cottage | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Games

LuceroRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Karina and Ryan were incredibly welcoming hosts, making our stay truly delightful! We were impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in their Airbnb from the moment we arrived. Their charming little house is both beautiful and peaceful. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night and dining outdoors on the patio, thanks to the lovely backyard. We would certainly return if we visit Forks again. Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

"Gorge Edge" Dog-friendly Cabin, Off-grid

JaceRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We absolutely loved our stay at Lavida's place! Kalaloch and Ruby Beach are special places, and we loved the convenience of having them both so close by but then privacy to retreat to at the end of the day. The cabin was exactly as described, so peaceful and serene. We were gone all day exploring the area but came back to cook our meals at dinner and played cards at the table provided. Our dogs enjoyed their stay also! We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. We will definitely be back again!

A serene creek flows gently through a rocky bed, bordered by lush green foliage. Stacked rocks are placed artistically on the left, complementing the peaceful natural environment highlighted by tall trees and soft reflections on the water.

"The Hideaway" Dog-friendly Forest Cabin

SophieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Secluded, serene, and absolutely gorgeous. Wanted to escape and do some woodfired cooking for a few days and landed in this oasis! Lots of things to do around camp (although the trail down to the creek is steep, take it easy!), and very close to the beaches. The hosts put a lot of time, consideration, and detail into sharing a piece of their lifestyle with guests. You'll never want to leave. Check the experience book for some cool non-touristy places to explore! Bring a hammock too, lots of cedar to swing in. Door doesn't lock, but it was easily rigged shut with some paracord at night. All in all, a perfect pacific northwest paradise between the ocean and the Olympic national forest. I will be returning!

"Lucky Crow" Dog-friendly Near Ruby Beach

LoïcRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lavida’s place was just as advertised: remote and rustic. The cabin was clean and cozy, and we were especially grateful for the wood stove—it definitely helped keep us warm during the chilly night (we did need to stoke the fire a couple of times). I'm glad I took her advice to arrive in daylight, as the gravel road was a bit bumpy in places, but we made it just fine without 4WD. Lavida’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the location is incredible—just a stone’s throw from Ruby Beach. A peaceful and beautiful spot for anyone looking to unplug.

"Forest Den" Near Ruby Beach, Off-grid

GenevieveRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! I would say that if you have a car low to the ground do not stay at this place. The road conditions are not good, very rocky and lots of potholes. We almost bottomed out our car. Besides that this was a very peaceful stay.

"Cliff-Edge" Dog-friendly, Forest Cabin

XavierRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I didn’t end up staying overnight but this was a beautiful Cabin to stop off in and rest between hikes! I enjoyed the views and tranquility. The instructions on getting there are very clear and I had no issues. There were a lot of helpful things that the host or previous guests left behind that helped out like more water and a charged battery pack for the lights. I would recommend and stay in this cabin again!

"Confluence" Cabin in the Woods, Off-grid

JenelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can’t not give this place 5 stars! Beautiful, peaceful, so comfortable and secluded, even somewhat magical. I highly suggest staying here, but I will give warning that the long gravel road in was a little sketchy in our cheap and tiny rental car. A truck or SUV would have no problem at all, but we were scared of damaging our rental car which made us not want to leave or come back at certain times. Overall, amazing! Just be aware of the road.
