We had a fabulous weekend with our family at your cozy house. It was perfect for us and in a great location!

David’s place was very comfortable, it was in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Everything that we needed was there. I felt safe and it was easy to access all of the things that Nashville has to offer.

We had a great stay! The house was a little tight with 6 people, but it’s a great value for the location and what you’re paying.

Book this house for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! I wanted to get in there early to decorate and Jessica was very helpful and let us in early. Beautiful home! Definitely will be recommending to other friends!

We loved the location. It was a 10 minute Uber to downtown, but only about a 2 minute drive to East Nashville, that has its own great area. The house was exactly as described. We would stay there again if we return to Nashville.

This was a great place to stay! It's a cozy, comfortable space that fit myself and three others perfectly. Our plans changed last minute and we needed to find a one night stay on less than 24 hours notice. The hosts were very responsive and the house was great. Close to lots of things and was only about a 1.5 mile walk to Nissan stadium.

Nick was very responsive when I needed help in the Airbnb. He came right over the next day. The Airbnb is in a good location, walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat and a little shopping. Definitely gives you a good feel of downtown Nashville and the surrounding areas.

It was a pleasure meeting Judith and Bill, and their property is in a stunning location. Everything was very clean and tidy. The accommodation would benefit from a bit more of a kitchen, as the property is quite a way from anywhere to go to eat, with the facility to clear up dishes, glasses etc. Just an observation, but this in no way detracts from the accommodation offered.

Jeffrey's place suited us so well. We love to mix up our dining out with sometimes having something simple at home. The grocery store was very close by. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was also handy for a reasonable App based ride to the Grand Ole Opry show.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and our two pups! It had a lot of sidewalks to walk our dogs on, was close to a park (Shelby Park) with awesome paths to run/walk/explore on, numerous restaurants (Five Points Pizza - HUGE slices; Graze - vegan; Publix - Yes, we tried it like a lot of other guests did, too!) to walk to, close to Broadway (But not too close!). BEWARE OF PARKING DOWNTOWN, though: parking lots and parking garages will get you!! We really enjoyed this neighborhood - cute bookstore nearby, friendly coffeeshop also in the same building. Cherylann was a great host, too - very responsive and accommodating to our privacy.

We had a great stay for our two night stop in Nashville. Great location with a walking trail a block away and 20 min walk to the Parthenon. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The cleanest, most well put together, and most cozy Airbnb I’ve used thus far. Very good instructions, very well decorated, extremely clean, pristine bathroom, and the TV automatically signs you out of accounts when you check out. Highly recommended if you need a nice one bedroom Airbnb in Nashville. Also you’re very close to everything downtown.

first time to Nashville. loved the location! easy to walk to places and safe neighborhood. very clean place. full kitchen. we will be back

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Great communication with hosts. Lots of fine walkable restaurants in the area. Downtown is accessible by public transportation.

This place was a nice, clean, and quiet stay overlooking the river. Though the condo is a little outside the “main attractions “ of downtown Nashville, my wife and I didn’t have any issues making the walk, sometimes a couple times a day. There were several other closer options for dinner and entertainment that we enjoyed if we didn’t want to go downtown. We took an Uber when we were going to places that were out of walking distance. Katie was an awesome hostess that was very responsive to my questions. She gave clear instructions and advice for our trip. The condo was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything we needed for our 5 day stay was provided.

Kevin & Kim's place met our criteria in almost every way. Place was really cool, walking distance from The Gulch and in a quiet neighborhood. There's like a party bus meeting point facing towards the main bedroom that can be loud but just when the bus is picking up people. K&K left us coffee and were very kind to our inquiries. Clean and nice place. 9.5
