Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Oak Hill

Eric was the best host I have had since using Air B n B. He was helpful with recommendations prior to our arrival. He also offers a very convenient service of grocery shopping and stocked the house with my grocery order prior to our arrival. The house was in a perfect location for us as we did not want to be right on broadway and it was only a 4 to 5 minute Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville. We rented a car and there was plenty of room for parking. The house was gorgeous even better than the pictures and perfect for our group of 4 couples! Eric checked in throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to go to Nashville.

This airbnb was really home away from home! Our stay hosted by Drew was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed.... even coffee!!! Drew had great communication and answered all of our questions quickly. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

The house was amazing. The location was incredible. Close to 12 South and downtown. The team at Hallson Hospitality was so easy to work with and responsive. Easy, clear instructions. I would 100% recommend this place.

Visited for a work with multiple people and it was spacious for all 5 adults, we all had. A room and shower. We will stay here on our next visit for sure.

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Stayed at Brittani’s place for a local rugby tournament with the team. The kitchen had everything we needed - including large pots, pans, mixing bowls, coffee pot, and fridge with ice and water hookup. The bathrooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the covered outdoor space is beautiful!

Everything was amazing. Not too far from activities. Easily accessible right off the highway. Place was clean, organized and very homey. We had 6 guests stay there and there was plenty of room for everyone!

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Excellent Stay - five minute walk to Broadway. Super clean, easy to access and very nice corner apartment. I would recommend.

I love everything about this place it was very clean and the host was very knowledgeable about places to go in the area my friends and I had a blast will definitely get again.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

Such a cute space! Check in was so easy and location is close to the airport! Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town for dinner or shopping. Host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Hot tub was warmed and ready to go at check in! Laundry unit was a plus! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town!

Mark’s place was perfect for a long weekend getaway! Everything was clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

River view and wildlife were great!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Nice condo in downtown. Clean and comfortable beds. Short walk to downtown bars and restaurants.

This was a perfect size condo for our family of 5. My boys loved the bunk beds and watching out the big garage window. The condo front door was around a corner from the main hallway which I appreciated. It was within walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We felt safe. We noticed the noise from the interstate because we live in quiet neighborhood, but it didn’t keep me up at night. Our host was lovely and helpful!
