Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Novato

We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

Cute San Francisco condo in an extremely cute, safe, and vibrant neighborhood. My wife and I had a fantastic time staying here. This place is a fantastic home-away-from-home. We would 100% consider staying here again when we’re visiting the area.

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

A nice, clean, comfortable place to call home for a week long visit to the East Bay Area. Kitchen is well equipped and there are great grocery stores nearby. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very clean. Quiet enough for downtown Berkeley. We were very happy there!

La casa cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos. Lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia me dio gripe y por suerte, la cocina de la casa contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar. I stayed at Samantha's property for a week and then extended it five more days for a total of 12 days. The apartment was vey spacious, except for the very small, but adequate bathroom. Comfortable living area and very large bedroom with large closet and lots of hangers. I appreciated being able to hang all my clothes and not live out of a suitcase for 12 days. And everything was super clean! The building (with just two units) felt very safe and secure. The designated parking space was definitely appreciated. While it is located on a busy street, I found that the traffic lessened at night and I had no trouble sleeping. Other reviews have noted, but it is worth emphasizing that there are lots of stairs both to get up to the building entrance and then once inside, more stairs to the apartment so not suitable for those with mobility issues. We have family in Oakland and will be coming to visit often, so I hope to stay at Samantha's again and again.

A beautiful place ... bath was exceptionable King size bed was more than comfortable, kitchen was convenient --- I only used the microwave so cannot comment on warmer plates, but the place was clean, neat and the bathroom was exotic, reminding me of my trip to Kruger National Park hotel in South Africa with a swimming pool and shower on the rear deck of the cottage, but sans the monkeys everything in Kathy's cottage was artistic and very well done. Would stay there again (and again and again). Bob

Peggy has a remarkable home close to many amazing places to explore- Noe Valley, Castro, Mission and a close hop to the Haight and Golden Gate Park. The place felt like home and Peggy was an excellent host. This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Highly recommend!

Johnathan’s place was great. Well Appointed kitchen. The master is really nice and a very big master bath too. The other bathroom for our guests was fine just no where near as nice as the master bath. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Sean war sehr freundlich, gab uns viele Tipps und stellte auch Getränke und Snacks zur Verfügung, was eine tolle Geste war. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut gelegen. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt und insbesondere die Möglichkeit in der Garage parken zu dürfen, war sehr von Vorteil. Daher insgesamt für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.

Kit's place was great for a family stay with our toddler and baby. It's walkable to a small market and a playground, there's good street parking availability, and it's easy to get to other parts of the Bay Area. We also appreciated the flexibility around check-in and check-out times.

The place was very private, quiet and clean. We had a great experience and will definitely stay with them again in the future when visiting the Bay Area.

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

This was the best place we could've stayed at for our trip to Sonoma. We utilized Barry's recommendations of restaurants in the area every day and they were all spot on! Great location, and great host.

Don & Lori are such incredible hosts! Our trip ended up being shorter than anticipated, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I was traveling with my dog & foster dog and the park across the street was so perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable and we had such a peaceful night’s rest. The home felt like staying with a family member and had so many great touches of home and the hosts communication was exceptional. I arrived late in the dark & they put out a welcome sign for me so I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend and will def stay here again when I come back for a longer workshop!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

Dave’s place at the Silverado Resort was the perfect getaway for our Anniversary. Dave communicated before arrival with detailed instructions about location and keyless entry. It was in a peaceful location, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bed with luxury linens. The robes were a very nice touch! We hope to stay on our next trip to Napa.

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

This Airbnb was perfect!! We will be back!! Erin is wonderful host and her home is sooooo clean, comfortable, and was perfect romantic weekend getaway.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

We had a great stay at Gillian’s place. We have two kids, so it was really nice to have a room with two separate beds. The area was beautiful, walkable to restaurants nearby and about a 10-15minute walk into downtown Mill Valley where there are more restaurants and cute shops. If you like hiking this is a great spot. Very close to Muir Woods and many other amazing trails!

Peaceful location with beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. I appreciate Kristina’s quick responses and flexibility on check-in time.

I was in SF for a conference that was taking place in the financial district, but my husband and I wanted to stay in a more central area with character. Ehson's location was an awesome home base. We explored lots of the city on foot and uber'd when needed. He needs to update the photos - the updated furniture and decor is really cute and comfy. Giant TV. The decor is not cluttered (I despise cluttered Airbnb's). The view from the living room window is incredible. You would have to pay major money at a hotel to have that bridge and bay view - so this Airbnb is a great value. We felt 100% safe around the apartment and in the surrounding neighborhoods. The neighbors in our gated area were SUPER quiet and we only saw one other person in 7 days. *The only suggestion would be adding black-out curtains to the bedroom window. Overall, Ehson was super helpful and gave us lots of restaurant and general city recommendations. He responds faster than any other host we've had. 10 stars for Ehson!
