Vacation rentals with a kayak in North Topsail Beach

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the shack! It was our second year going and we will definitely be back! Jennifer is an incredible host, she was very friendly and responsive! The view was stunning and the shack is close to amazing restaurants and the beach! We would recommend this place to everyone!

This was a beautiful home with a lot of space for our group. It was attractive with everything supplied that we needed except food and personal items!! The four bedrooms with baths were comfortable. Opportunity for exercise was also provided with 17 steps up to each of the four floors!! An elevator made getting our food and luggage to various floors easier than taking the steps. But by taking the steps during our stay, we burned a lot of calories! For entertainment there was everything from books and games to kayaks and bicycles provided. There were water views of the ocean and the Intercoastal waterway from the several porches that were provided with rockers and lounges. The path to the beach access was very close. There was one restaurant within walking distance. Otherwise a car was needed for groceries and other shopping. There was ample parking on the property for our 4 vehicles, two of which used the garage. Emily’s place is among the best rentals we have visited.

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. Kermit and Amy instructions were very clear, and they answered my questions right away, …A very attentive host team.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Great location off the beaten path but still close to all the stores, restaurants, and coastal activities. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed to enjoy a stress free and relaxing holiday with our family of 6. Richard reached out ahead of time to allow early check-in and make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent option if you’re looking for an alternative to the traditional "beach rental"

Steve and Hannah’s home was perfect for a family get away. The house was cozy and had beautiful sunrise and sunset views!

This cozy cottage was exactly what my daughter and I needed for a weekend away in a secluded setting on their property. Charlene was a gracious host and the amenities in this cozy cottage were impeccable! It was super inviting, modern, and had all the things that you needed including very appreciated basket of snacks upon arrival. My daughter and I really enjoyed using the gym next-door and then headed out toward Wrightsville Beach the next day. We enjoyed the fire pit at night with provided firewood on the cute patio with the string lights and peaceful sounds of nature. Grocery stores were easily 5 to 10 minutes away and Wilmington was a good 15-20 minute ride. Topsail was 25 minutes in the other direction and we loved visiting there as well. The property is huge and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage! Great stay overall!

What a wonderful home, location and host! Everything was absolutely top quality, and so many extra touches! We used the kayaks, fire pit (firewood provided!), ping pong table… easy walk to the beach too! Hope to stay again.

We had a great long weekend stay. The house exceeded our expectations, was spacious and the views were incredible. Only a half mile drive to the bridge leading to the surf city pier.

We loved everything about his place. My grandkids loved the dock because they could fish right in the backyard and we could see them from the back decks. We saw dolphins a few morning and even saw a stingray from the dock. Frederick was an awesome host. We would love to come back early spring or fall so they could catch some fish. Thank you we made some great memories! Beautiful and so peaceful!

We absolutely had a wonderful time! My children are older and finding a place that suits all their wants is a treasure! My mother was also able to attend with us and she was able to move about the house with ease. The screened in porch was the best!! Beware of Jeffrey (alligator)! We rented the paddle board for my daughter and was afraid she wouldn't be able to even use it bc Jeffrey wouldn't leave! It was much later in the afternoon but she was able to try it out! The location is not ideal for swimming or fishing. Overall we very much enjoyed the location and the house; 4/5 stars!

At the end of a mile dirt road was a beautiful & welcoming home with a great view. The host are right beside you if you should need anything. Clean & beautiful home with ‘soft big beds’ (as my daughter would say) 😉 Emerald Isle is close by to visit during the day. We enjoyed the park, aquarium, shopping, & dining. Kitchen was also nicely stocked for some nice cooked meals there! Hope we can come back again!
