Vacation rentals with lake access in North Naples, Collier County

The only challenge we had was finding the place because the garbage cans were in front of the mail box so we couldn’t see the numbers. Would be very helpful to have the numbers on the house. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing visit would definitely recommend

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's house. The house was very clean and there were several things for us to use at the beach, which was great! The neighborhood was a little loud at night but nothing too crazy. There is another small property in the back that has a tenant just FYI! but they have a separate bathroom so only the driveway is shared. Gabriel was also very responsive if we were missing anything in the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend to Milly is more bathroom washcloths for guest that are going to be at the house more than a couple of days. If I had ask I'm sure she would have brought more by but, I didn't want to be bothersome to her. GREAT HOST!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. The space is not only aesthetically stunning but also super comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Also, Sally the host was beyond helpful and very kind. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in Bonita Springs.

My family had a great time staying here! 20 mins to Sanibel Island. Spacious, clean, and a beautiful pool. This place was perfect and we hope to come back again in the future!

Beautifully decorated inside and out. The house and pool were clean. The pool was nice and the temperature good for swimming, even in March. Great water view of the pond from the back yard made us feel like we were in paradise. We saw a lot of birds. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was a little small but it worked for us. The TV displayed on the wall for a big-screen effect and it was best viewed after dark. The host went out of her way to make our stay special, providing snacks and other things. She communicated well and helped us find local restaurants. This home is near the botanical gardens which are worth visiting. This is about the price you would pay for a nice hotel in Naples but you have your own private paradise, so it was worth it for us.

We have stayed at this location a few times and love the location. We love to walk and it is a perfect distance from the beach, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Linda’s place was clean, homey, well maintained, and convenient to where we were visiting. Because it’s a gated community, it was tricky at first understanding but Linda is very responsive and helpful. Linda’s checkout rules and other expectations were totally reasonable. We’d recommend this place for anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Bonita Springs.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

Everything about our stay was as expected or better. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a while, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay at Maja’s apartment. We hope to be back in the future!

We had not been to the area since 2018. Sad to see the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, but they’re making progress all along the beach. Traffic on the South end of the island was much lighter than previous stay just North of Lover’s Key. Our stay on the top floor was very nice & we’d definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the pool & found the people in the building to be friendly. Really liked the access to very clean gas grills near the pool area. Our unit was clean & had all we needed during our stay including a beautiful view from the balcony. Great place to relax.

Our stay was short but sweet! We were there for a soccer tournament and the location was close to the parks and some of our favorite places to eat like Seed to Table. Lowdermilk beach is pretty close to Josh’s place as is lots of stores like Whole Foods, Publix, and Trader Joe’s. The location is fantastic! We felt right at home with the furnishings and kitchen supplies. The place was very clean and I loved that the linens did NOT smell strong of dryer sheets. They smelled laundered and clean but not over powering like most Airbnb’s do. The surrounding area is quiet and beautifully landscaped in the back walking paths. Just a side note, I knew we weren’t going to have time to enjoy the resort amenities, so we did not “check in” at the front desk. Therefore, we didn’t pay the resort fee. The restaurant on the property looked very good and we attempted to eat there one evening but the wait was over an hour since we didn’t have reservations so considered getting a reservation.

Jayme was incredibly responsive and the place was immaculate. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach! 5 stars all the way!

Excellent space for a quiet get away!

We had a wonderful stay! We found it clean and orderly and in a very quiet, tropical and serene atmosphere. Enjoyed great waterfront restaurants and Boat Tour along the Gulf! Thanks for hosting us for our Anniversary Getaway. 🙂

This is our third time staying at one of David’s listings in Bonita. Once again, everything was perfect. Great host, great location, great space. No complaints whatsoever. Already looking forward to booking again! :) Thank you David!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!
