Pet-friendly vacation rentals in North Bergen

Richard's place was exactly what we needed -- an affordable place with three beds and kitchen that was a train ride away from Manhattan. Very clean, and we appreciated the tips on how to get into the city. The neighborhood is pretty much built for commuting into NYC so there's not much around there but it was totally what we expected. Bed was comfy and Keurig and kitchen were great to get our days started. Would definitely stay again for an option that's bigger and better than hot and tiny NYC hotels!

There were four of us at Louis‘s place for a girls weekend bridal shower. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and having a cocktail hour and we also enjoyed the large living room and kitchen. They had a lot of items for us in the kitchen like bottled water and some drinks which was very kind. There were also some snacks at the entranceway.

I highly recommend staying at Travis's place! The house was easy to find and entry was easy. The area was city-peaceful and safe to walk around in with lots of restaurants and stores. The apartment was *impeccably* clean, tidy, and well provisioned as stated in the description. The decor was fun and comfy. From the apartment we walked to Prospect Park. We Ubered to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden only to save my legs for later walking at the Green-wood Cemetery. Ubers were only short minutes away. Travis's place was a lovely place to be!

We had a lovely one night stay before our cruise. The accommodation was very nice and the basket of fruit and water in the fridge was a very nice touch. We popped to the local dollar store to buy toiletries and sun creams for a cruise, and the locals were very friendly. Would recommend this accommodation for large groups.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment worked well for us with the small attached third bedroom cut out with extra bed. Street Parking was relatively easy and all the amenities worked well. Tv with lots of good streaming access was an added benefit.

The apartment was a fantastic find, especially considering the limited time we had to book before our trip. Although it was a bit far from Manhattan, it was worth it since we had a car and plenty of parking available. While there was no kitchen, the refrigerator was a good size, and there were enough utensils for our needs. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, it was a great addition to our stay, especially with the washer and dryer that came in handy. We will definitely consider staying here again.

My husband, son & I stayed at Asyie’s place for nearly 2 weeks as we were coming to New Jersey for our daughter’s graduation and wedding. Asiye met us when we arrived with a very friendly greeting and we felt right at home immediately. We only had a couple of questions at the beginning of our stay and she was super responsive. The house was perfect for our needs, great location, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms with good showers was a real bonus. The kitchen was a little on the small side but was fine for our needs as we ate out a lot and we could do the basics. The sofa was also really low on the floor, again not a big problem for us and worked well when we had friends around. Overall a great stay with a fabulous host and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely house, very spacious and it is very cozy. The kitchen was the highlight of this home and the dining area. All the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for accommodating us!

From booking to checkout Micaela’s AirBnB was awesome. Micaela was very responsive & accommodating to our needs. She was flexible & a great host. This might have been our favorite rental in our 11 trips to NJ. Very cozy. Loved everything. 5 star. Highly recommend.

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Great location and stay

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

Better than a hotel. And free parking would stay again

This place feels like home, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was an issue with the A/C and the staff fixed it immediately. Highly recommended for short or long stays. The WiFi was excellent and office facilities for work calls etc were world class. Very happy with the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach property. The second-floor apartment was bright, airy, and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the standout features was the private parking, which gave us peace of mind and added convenience, especially being so close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Dianna’s place looked exactly like the pictures! It had everything you ever needed for a mini vacation (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, razors, sound machine, ear plugs, water bottles, Brita, phone chargers, etc.). The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and the view of NYC! I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone that needs a home away from home for a few days.

This was a fantastic place to stay while I worked in New York for the week. I’ve tried many places in Manhattan and New Jersey and this was by far my favorite.

Bobby is very nice, great communication and easy check in and out process. Great local recommendations too.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Lovely place. Host was very nice and the house was lovely. the apartment is in walking distance of a bus stop. Very clean and well taken care of. would 100 percent stay here again!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing home of Peter and Jess! It is so welcoming, beautifully laid out and has every amenity a guest could need, plus extra thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze, the home was immaculate and our bedroom seriously had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Having the rarity of a backyard to enjoy - especially in Brooklyn - was such an added bonus, and they went out of their way to welcome our dogs! The location was perfect - everything you could ever need, including restaurants and shops, is in walking distance. We were able to find nearby parking throughout our visit. The privilege of being guests in their beautiful home for the weekend of our son's wedding added so much enjoyment and comfort to such a celebratory event!
