Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

I had a fantastic two-month stay at John’s Airbnb. The space was exactly what I needed, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. What really stood out was John’s communication. Whether it was a brief power outage, a quick question about the Wi-Fi, or updates about the parking lot being repainted, he was always ahead of the game, letting me know in advance and resolving things quickly. Any minor issue that came up was taken care of promptly, and I never felt like I was left hanging. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with John again and definitely plan to if I find myself back in Omaha.

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

This was a nice, quiet, and clean place for me to stay as a graduate student. It is an older building but it has been taken care of. Maintenance man is very nice. There was a cart on site for us to use to move stuff like grocerys ect from our cars which was very helpful. Felt safe, there was a door you had to unlock with a key to get into the building. The shared spaces were nice as well. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and store food. I also appreciated the snacks that were left for me. Definitely will be coming back next time im in town!

If you’re coming to Lincoln for a sporting event, especially football, this is a fantastic option both in terms of cost and location, as it’s a 10 minute walk from the stadium up to the North Bottoms where this is located. With three bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to 6, the costs are really reasonable too, comparable to a one bed room at any of the hotels in downtown. Definitely would recommend - thanks Travis!
