The stay was everything expected and then some. The beach was amazing and convenient. The house was what was promised and then some.

We just finished a 4 night girls getaway for my Mom’s birthday. We can’t say enough about Adrianna and Tara’s cottage! We felt right @ home and there was such a peaceful vibe to the cottage. We were able to really relax and enjoyed beautiful sunsets with the fire pit going and wrapped in comfy blankets that they provided. They have thought of everything! The sauna experience followed by the outdoor shower was heavenly. We plan to make this an annual trip and this place is a 5+++, such an amazing stay🌸

The perfect house for a family vacation! From outside, the yard was well manicured, the fire pit and Adirondack chairs were great and the grill and outdoor table were perfect for a night of grilling out. On the inside, the house was beautifully decorated. Comfortable sectional couch, kitchen had everything we needed, both bathrooms were very clean and all beds were very comfortable! The house had everything we needed to to have a comfortable stay!! Oh yea…the beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very convenient. Quick walk to end of the street and we were at the beach!! 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on Cape Cod. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to cook breakfast and appetizers and feel right at home. One of the highlights was the beautiful view—perfect for relaxing mornings or evenings. The location is also great, just a short distance from the Cape Cod Canal, which was perfect for walking and biking. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway on the Cape!

Stayed three nights, using it as a base for exploring Cape Cod (for example, just 6 min drive to Hyannis port for the ferry to Nantucket). It’s a very quiet, safe spot and we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path to the beach.

Great stay! The place was clean, just a short walk to the beach, and exactly as described. Bill was very responsive and friendly, which made everything super easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in West Yarmouth, MA. The house was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was both responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was just as described, and we felt very welcome. If i could give more than 5 starts I would! Stephanie and her place were exceptional! We had a bachelorette party and we stayed at Stephanie’s place. Stephanie went out of her way to help me decorate for the bachelorette party. She was very responsive and so helpful throughout my planning. The house is amazing! Looks exactly like the photos and it is clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There 11 of us and we fit comfortably! Thank you so much for hosting us Stephanie and to anyone booking I would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

This was our second time staying at Paul’s home, and once again had a wonderful experience! Paul and Meredith are welcoming, kind, and friendly. The house is spacious, and has plenty of room for our family to enjoy a week together - relaxing, cooking and playing games. The views are beautiful, and we enjoyed lots of time bird watching and soaking it in. We enjoyed easy access to our favorite Cape restaurants and shopping. This home is perfect for a Cape getaway, and Paul is a fantastic host!

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and picked Amanda's place because of the close location to a family weekend gathering. It was perfect, I couldn't be happier and will definitely be booking again. We didn't need a lot of the amenities offered due to the proximity of family, but it would be ideal for anyone looking for a clean, cute and cozy beach getaway. I highly recommend!

This is by far the nicest home we've stayed in through airbnb. Everything about the house is beautiful: the furniture, the beds, the artwork, the kitchen, the bathrooms. We could tell that a lot of attention went into the design and decoration of the house. The location was perfect and the house is on a beautiful and well kept plot of land with great outdoor space. Barry was very responsive to our questions and even reached out to see how we were coping with five (!) days of cold and rainy weather. The house made those days delightful!!

A dreamy Cape Cod getaway. If you have the privilege of staying here please take full advantage! The surroundings alone are stunning. Ken ensured the actual space is designed for your comfort & leisure. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The outdoor& indoor showers were great too. If I hadn’t just had neck surgery we would have taken full advantage of the pickleball court. I could go on and on about how special this place is!

Place was great - clean and roomy for 5 people. We are familiar with Eastham/Orleans - perfect location for us - 15 minutes from national seashore, Provincetown and Hyannis close by. House had everything we needed and great fire pit and backyard- definitely will rent again.

Ragnhild’s place was peaceful and quiet. It is surrounded by trees and birds, and there is a path down to the pond where you can swim or use her kayaks to paddle around the pond. One of the Chatham trailheads for the Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short drive away.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this is definitely in my top five. Quiet location just minutes away from Wellfleet and the beaches. Only 20 minutes to Provincetown and all of its wonderful restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc. Very well equipped kitchen -- lots of spices (including Ras El Hanout, a Moroccan spice mix!), condiments, pots and pans, etc. Sunny, cheerful, clean and comfortable place with comfy beds. Plus a vintage audio cassette player with a large and eclectic collection of cassette tapes -- took me back to the eighties! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

My sister and I needed a peaceful "home base" while on the Cape and we scored a winner. From the moment we walked through the front door we knew this was exactly what we needed -- peace, light, serenity and the sea. Although we had many cloudy days, the weather did not detract from our enjoyment of staying in the cottage. Just watching the sea and sky change from day-to-day reset our nervous systems. (The hopping bunnies on the lawn were amusing too!) The hosts were very responsive and provided us with the information and necessities to make our stay pleasurable & very easy. Can't wait to return!

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private. The beach was 1.4 miles from the home, so we enjoyed walking there. The home furnishings were very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was excellent, keeping in touch with updates leading up to our stay, and throughout the process. We couldn't have found a more perfect home for our vacation in Eastham. I would highly recommend the home and host for anyone considering a stay at the Cape.
