Jeff was the perfect host! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and had that at home feeling. Our next trip to Nashville we will definitely be contacting Jeff again.

Excellent stay. House was immaculate and very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. The driveway could hold 5 cars plus street parking. Great location with easy walks to Vanderbilt University or Hospital. Hosts responded immediately to any question or request.

Great family getaway spot very close to downtown. The view from the top balcony is amazing. We loved the room layout and the kitchen was really well stocked. Chad was also very responsive and extremely accommodating! Not sure I’d stay anywhere else in Nashville on our next trip!

We had an amazing stay at the Airbnb at 2706 Greystone in Nashville! The house was spacious with 4 bedrooms, perfect for our group, and the beautiful balcony was a highlight for relaxing evenings. It’s just a short Uber ride to Broadway, and super convenient to nearby groceries, gas, and food. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would fully recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville!

I chose this house for location and the number of beds/baths needed to accommodate our group (various family members in town for my daughter's graduation). We found it exactly as pictured. Everything clean and in good condition. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens. But what really sets this listing apart is Robyn. Her communications were clear and she provided a wealth of info ahead of checkin. We experienced a minor problem during our stay (not her fault) and she went over and above to minimize the inconvenience and make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this house. As a frequent visitor to Nashville, I will be returning here, or seeking out Robyn's other properties. She is absoultely a five-star host!

Greg and the management group were very responsive. They were helpful. They sent a long list of things to do in the area including food, shopping, site see, things to do. The house was beautiful and such a good place, very open and roomy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to have right on site. Highly recommend.

This was great AirBnB, very clean and modern but with tasteful furniture and textures. Felt very safe and cozy. Would def stay here again!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

The apartment was just as the photos showed, and the location was great. We booked some guided tours and they happened to be right next door ( win win ) had a great bar too. Alex was very helpful and checked to see if everything was ok and it was . Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. All that’s left to say is Ye-Ha !!!!

Suzanne’s place was perfect for my husband and me. It felt like a “home away from home”. We were able to truly relax in this home. This was our first time staying on the same site as a host and it was a fantastic experience. Suzanne and her husband greeted us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. We had full access to the outside amenities. The home/location was peaceful and well equipped with everything we needed. Next time we visit, we plan to bring our daughter because I know she would love swimming in the pool! Thank you for a great stay, Suzanne!

The place is exactly as advertised. The parking was a big advantage, but the street parking is also very available. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us to spend the night

We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. The house looked even better than the pictures when we arrived and it had anything and everything you could ever want. Brent was super responsive with any questions we had and went above and beyond in accommodating us. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

The place was easy to get to. Very quiet at night and peaceful to sit outside especially on the balcony. The home was cozy and well decorated as well as an amazing hot tub out back to unwind at night. I would 100% come back especially for the value of the property with the view and trees around.

This Airbnb was perfect for a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend trip! Ubers were quick and easy to broadway and the house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the back patio, hot tub, and yard when we were hanging out at the house. While the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the best, we always felt safe and comfortable at the house. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful!

There were 8 of us who stayed here during our girls trip to Nashville. It comfortably fit all of us (the beds were unbelievably comfortable). The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and was a great proximity to the business of the city. The house and hot tub were very clean. Our host was very responsive and provided all the instructions needed for our stay. We hope to stay again!
