Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

Location is amazing very walkable to Hall of Fame, Broadway Honky Toni’s, restaurants, next to Margarita Hotel and Starbucks. Safe and well lit area-even at nighttime. Full kitchen which was great for meal preparation. Dana was responsive to any questions. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the Burnham. We came to Nashville for the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas concert at the Ryman and stayed 2 nights at the Burnham. The place is quiet and immaculate. The apartments are beautiful and had everything we needed. The Latch app was a new experience but the videos were very helpful with explaining how to use it. We felt safe and secure. The Burnham is close to everything! You can see the Ryman down the street and it's only a block or so to the Country Music HOF. We took Lyft to a few places we went because of the rain but would have walked if the weather had been good. I will DEFINITELY stay here if I return to Nashville!! FIVE STARS!

Perfect location for what we were there for! We walked everywhere. Renée was incredibly responsive and shared great recommendations. Next time we're in Nashville we will stay here again!

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

Zach’s Place is incredible! From the pristine condition of the unit to the beautiful view of the Nashville Skyline… I highly recommend it for your next trip to Nashville. The on premise garage makes arrival & departure super easy. After that, if Broadway is your destination, it’s only a couple blocks away, so easily walkable. As a host, Zach is the BEST! His instructions are clear & concise including helpful hints. He is responsive, proactive & anticipates your needs. This is our second stay @ Zach’s Place & we will definitely stay here each time we come to Nashville!

We got married in Centennial Park and chose Flat615 for our honeymoon. We could not have made a better choice, everything was perfect. This will he our goto place in Nashville from now on.

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

Only stayed one night. But our stay was a great one. Trying find the place a was some what challenging but got it figured out. But once inside it was great loved the open space of the living room the big kitchen. Would stay again. But for longer than a day 👍🏻

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

This was our second year spending the holidays at Casper's place and it was wonderful again! Very roomy and homey, and all set up with a Christmas tree and a fireplace. When a minor issue arose with an appliance, Casper had it taken care of within a few hours. I hope we can come back again!

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

My Airbnb visit was an exceptional experience that offered a private abode near the heart of Nashville. The gated community was well maintained with secure access to the building. The third floor residence offered a stylish suite with modern amenities for any occasion. I thoroughly enjoyed taking my fiancee to Nashville and this Airbnb was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day downtown. If we visit this part of Nashville in the future, I know where I'll be staying.
