The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Private single story cabin nestled into the woods with a beautiful hiking trail that leads you to the personal lake front, for swimming, kayaking and even ice fishing. Incredible views of six mile lake, and just a small drive into town for activities to do like beach access cozy home town restaurants and fun for families. Nearby snowmobile trails, so bring your sled!

Located only a mile from downtown St. Ignace and several local restaurants as well as the ferries to Mackinac Island.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.

Relax in our amazing hot tub, walk around our beautiful towns while watching the sunset on the beaches. Ski, Snowboard, and have snowball fights in the winter. Soak up the beautiful scenery of the changing leaves in the tunnel of trees. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall it's the perfect place to be with your family.

Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.
