Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mulberry River

Me and my family had an amazing trip , and i would definitely stay again!! So clean and bug and beautiful place to stay. Host is always quick and responsive, definitely my favorite place Ive visited so far and the pool was amazing my family also enjoyed the tv/game room. 😊

What an incredible weekend we had here! All the wineries are less than 5 minutes from this spot. Views are incredible, space is large and homey. Fireplace was fun to hang out at! The church near by was absolutely stunning. Joseph came by a couple times to check on us and chat. He was very friendly and kind. We would absolutely book another stay here!

Anna was friendly and responsive from the get-go. We were in town a couple of days and had a very comfortable stay. She did warn us about traffic due to construction in the area, but even with the construction we were able to find our way easily. Very cute little place!

We had an amazing weekend at the luxury treehouse! I could go on and on. The view of the creek, the fire powered hot tub, the amazing bathroom with heated floors. 😍😍😍 a perfect spot to relax and “get away” but close enough to town to have a night out. Ross was super helpful and always very responsive. We will be back! 10/10 recommend!

We loved staying here. We spent so much time on the screened in porch, taking full advantage of the hot tub, projector screen, and relaxing environment. We enjoyed an afternoon of kayaking and my kids loved playing foozball. This was the perfect spot for our short trip. Clean, relaxing, and fun. No shortage of pillows, which is important to me. One of my kids proclaimed the bed "the most comfortable bed ever" and wanted to take it home, lol.

We have such a wonderful stay! The place was clean and the town was super cute. Everything was easily accessible. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home, quiet peaceful neighborhood!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the in-ground pool made it very enjoyable❤️. This home is so relaxing and very clean with lots of space. Close to shopping areas in town which saved us on gas. Kitchen is provided with everything you need on a mini vacation. Brent was great to answer all of our questions. Hope to come back with my family someday so my grandchildren can have fun in the pool. Definitely plan to keep this place on my list of very affordable accommodations.

a wonderful spot for an in-between point of floating on the buffalo river and other nature hiking trails in the area. The stay was nice and Melissa has done a nice job of landscaping and outdoor areas around the property that feel nice. plus there is a little waterway nearby that had some frogs singing at night to make it nice and peaceful. one word of warning the area around Jasper appears to be a dead zone for AT&T. I made the mistake of not looking at the instructions and only putting in the address so I was a bit confused at first. but Melissa was there and noticed us looking lost and was able to tell us what we needed to do to get in.

We had a wonderful stay. This property is beautiful and has a beautiful pond. We lived the stay, bed was super comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Host was very responsive. We loved it and would stay again.

A lovely space right at the heart of Fort Smith, walkable to all local attractions, low traffic in the neighbourhood. Good communication from host, check in and out was a breeze. Air conditioner works fast on a hot day!

Great peaceful place to stay!

This was perfect. I loved the cozy room which was just what I needed for a one night stay! I appreciate their attentiveness and quick response when I needed clarification. Melissa was so kind and made me feel right at home!

Great studio apartment in nice neighborhood close to the University area. A bit older in style, but was perfect for my quick overnight work stay in the area. Was exactly as described and had easy parking. Very responsive host as well.

This was a delightful studio! Perfect get away for two. The balcony was great. The directions made access a breeze. Parking is amazing ! Very clean and well appointed. Such an enjoyable stay. Host responsive and checked in to make sure all was going as planned ! Great place ❤️

The host was 10/10! She was absolutely amazing! The location was superb and conveniently located in the middle of all the action (yet private and secure). Perfect for our daughter’s college orientation! We loved listening to the piano bar across the street from the balcony. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host and accommodations! We will definitely be back! One of our favorite Airbnb’s! Highly recommend!
