Vacation rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

The studio is updated, free of clutter, and very clean. All furnishings are well thought-out and appropriate for the space. Walkable to campus and downtown Blacksburg, which was perfect as we were there for a graduation. Only caveat is the noise level attributable to upstairs neighbor walking loudly (or likely older building with less noise-resistant flooring) and air conditioning unit, which was loud (for my comfort level at least). Otherwise, great!

This was a great stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, this is a very spacious layout. 1) Super comfy bed! 2) Great coffee and tea options 3) Actual full size fridge and freezer (nobody has this is a one room property!) 4) Really nice shower 5) Great couch- perfect set up for lounging and watching TV. Very pretty and peaceful, and rose bushes outside the window! Would def stay again. Thanks so much:)

We were lucky to find this listing and book it for graduation weekend! The location is perfect for anyone visiting Virginia Tech and looking for proximity to downtown Blacksburg and the college campus. This 2 floor, 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs and was in pristine condition when we arrived. The garage parking and rooftop patio were added bonuses! Michel the host is extremely responsive to messages and was kind enough to let us check in a little early so we had more time to get ready for the graduation ceremony that evening. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this listing to anyone!

WOW! What a gem. This was perfect for graduation weekend. Carol was the hostess with the mostest. We loved the private space and beautiful view from the deck. Really appreciated the full kitchen space. Every little amenity Carol provided made our trip complete. Can’t wait to go back.

The place was very clean and easily accessible. David was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable, there was coffee and all sorts of toiletries available in case something was left behind!

Loved staying here! The view is so pretty, has cozy furniture, a new clean bathroom & everything you need/want kitchen wise. Very relaxing and great location! Hannah recommended a very fun (kid friendly) brewery, great restaurants, and a cute shop which made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great location for football games

There is a queen bedroom and bath downstairs and a queen bedroom in the loft. Spotlessly clean home. Electric sofa with double recliners. All linens for bathroom and beds are white and neat. Cost of $1400 for one night during g VT graduation

Right near center of Blacksburg and yet you feel like you're in a country cottage. Very comfortable home and peaceful surroundings. Worth the splurge for graduation weekend!

We reserved the home to use during our son's graduation. It exceeded our expectations on every level. It is in an excellent location—an immaculate home in a beautiful subdivision just minutes from the VT campus—and there was plenty of room to gather with family. Service was fantastic! They were highly responsive, and check-in was a breeze—the most straightforward check-in process we've encountered so far. We highly recommend it to families traveling to VT to visit their students.  

Great get away with beautiful view.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway in Blacksburg! Walking distance to downtown and Virginia Tech’s campus. Comfy beds, very clean, and homey. I will be staying here again next time I come to Blacksburg

What a special getaway spot for Hokie fans! The house was clean, spacious and full of fun Virginia Tech memorabilia. We had a wonderful family gathering with everything there that we could ever need. The best part of our stay were the views. Seeing the mountains right outside was breathtaking. James was a wonderful host. Very friendly and great communicator. We hope to return for another visit.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the pool table and games. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake. So much nature surrounding the home. There was also a storm that knocked out power temporarily and the generator did not miss a beat. We were able to cook out on the grill that was provided with plenty of propane. We couldn't ask for a better location to celebrate our son's graduation from VT.
