Stay was great was a good vibe and nice scenery. Love the trees and tranquility of the neighborhood. Stay wasn’t really luxury but more of regular home just situated in forestry area. Only great thing was scenery. Propane grill caught fire due to a bad propane leak on grill. I’m certified in fire safety. There was no fire extinguisher on site which is very dangerous. Really wanted to use grill. Was able to extinguish fire without extinguisher. This air bnb was missing crucial things. Dishwasher didn’t work , hand washed dishes whole time. Dryer didn’t work air dried clothes. Windows don’t have any privacy can see straight into room. Hot tub wasn’t the cleanest. WiFi and Tv were a joke (didn’t work). Overall property still had nice vibes and resort is amazing.

We had a wonderful time enjoying innsbrook! The home was spacious and had tons of outdoor room. We did have some ants visit the kitchen, but as soon as we told the owners they brought over some ant spray. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The property was clean and well appointed. My teenage daughter and her friend really enjoyed the provided water toys. The pups enjoyed the hikes! My husband and I enjoyed the property and relaxation/quiet it provided. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful! We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and sandy beach. The beds were so comfortable. And the community amenities were great: the fitness room, pickle ball courts and coffee shop were excellent!

Emily's place was fantastic. She responded right away to questions I had before, during and after our stay. She even forewarned us about the roads leading to the house with the cruddy weather. The house is beautiful, just like the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. Everything was clean and well cared for. Layout is perfect for larger families and groups of people looking for a quiet place to relax and have fun.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Branson! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 after a full day of fun at Silver Dollar City. The layout was spacious and comfortable, giving everyone room to relax and recharge. Our boys especially loved the bunk bed rooms—they turned into their own little hangout zones! The hot tub was a huge hit with the adults and kids alike, offering the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a cozy, fun, and convenient getaway spot!

We had a group of 9 adults stay in the house. Everyone slept comfortably and had enough space for their things. It is spotless and up to date. It is a BEAUTIFUL home and has all the things you could need. They even had spices handy, which was nice because we forgot ours. We had a great time down on the patio, which had convenient cup holders. We loved using the hot tub and the fire pit. The hot tub was clean and taken care of. Dane was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

This was an amazing place to stay!! It was so clean and peaceful. The place looked just like the pictures! I definitely thought the place was bigger than it actually was but it ended up being perfect for our stay! The views were incredible!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our family had an amazing time here. Getting away from the busy life is always relaxing. The view from the living room is perfect and peaceful, not only that but there was lots to do. Kayaking is almost inspiring, as well as getting in the Pontoon and floating around in the sun is an experience you don’t want to miss. Cooking out was also a thrill. Although we chose a time where rain was nearly non-stop in our trip, there was still lots to do. Morning walks were peaceful, as well as getting in the hot tub once the rain stopped. Wild life was a plus here, not only did we see lots of great plants- you can hear the wood peckers, the deer quietly running by, and maybe a frog or two jumping about outside. The home itself was cozy and clean, with two bathrooms so you’re not waiting on anyone. Staff around the resort were also very respectful and helpful when asked questions- it’s all one big lake paradise. The worst part about this trip was leaving & I’d definitely visit again.

Place was great! Lots of things to do. House was clean and very well stocked. Host were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the near future

Very nice and relaxing stay at the Chalet! Every morning, and evening, we enjoyed eating on the deck with the beautiful surrounding nature overlooking the pond! Innsbrook is a wonderful nature refuge if you enjoy the outdoors in the slightest fashion!

This is our second time to stay at Jamie’s lake house, and it was just as amazing and awesome as the first. Our family has quickly come to love making forever memories here, and our kids absolutely love coming here. The location and amenities are way above average. Kayaking, swimming, grilling, golf cart, playing games and most of all relaxing. Favorite part is kayaking out on the lake at dusk - so relaxing. The lake access is incredible, and the house itself is always pristine and clean with well stocked bathrooms and kitchen items. Thank you Jamie for another amazing stay! We will be back again!

Thank you Emily for the last minute booking for us. You were so accommodating and your place is wonderful. Super clean with great furnishings and amazing patio and backyard with the water right there. Private with just a few houses around the lake. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Our stay at Nikki's chalet was just lovely. The chalet appeared newly renovated and was very clean. We enjoyed the lakefront location. We have rented at Innsbrook many times, and the fact that Nikki's chalet had a private beachfront was very important to us. It made it so much easier to launch boats into the water. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dane's place. The home is modern and clean, the yard and beach are great, and the Innsbrook setting is amazing. We would definitely rent again.
