Very easy parking, lots of great restaurants and bars in the area.

I loved the home. Very beautiful inside and out, with privacy. Host is very welcoming and has great communication. Great location to see different parts of the city.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Paola! Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, wir hatten den Pool immer für uns alleine und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ausserdem konnten wir die Beach Stühle und einen Schirm benutzen und es gab Sonnencreme und Mückenspray zum nutzen. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht! Wir empfehlen es sehr weiter :)

We had a great couple of days. Calm neighborhood, but downtown is easily accessible by bus or car and the area offers some restaurants and bars. Parking directly in front of the house! The tiny house was cute and just as described. Communication with Veronica was easy and quick.

Das Coco Cabana war unser Rückzugsort für ganze 3 Wochen. Sehr gerne und mit Wehmut im Herzen denken wir zurück. Es war wundervoll, einfach abtauchen zu können - weg vom Trubel von daheim - und am Morgen aufzuwachen mit Blick auf Bananenstauden, Palmen, Blumen und den roten Sonnenschirm. Wir haben keine grossen Sprünge gemacht und mehrheitlich im Garten gechillt. Die kurze Gehdistanz in die Stadt ist genial. Coconut Grove hat eine grosse Auswahl excellenter Restaurants. Auch haben wir uns in diesem Viertel sehr sicher gefühlt und natürlich sooo gut aufgehoben bei den wunder-vollen Hosts: Darlings par excellence! Ein Teil meines Herzens ist bei ihnen zurückgeblieben.

I really enjoyed my stay in the cabana and looked forward to relaxing there after a day of sight seeing. The cabana is stylishly well set up, with its own mini kitchen and space to eat either outside or inside. There's even a hammock! The pool was lovely and beautifully set amongst palms in the garden - which is full of lovely lizards. You do need to step outside for the bathroom which is in a separate cabana, but it's mostly screened from the house and was not an issue. Jose was really welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood is lush and green, with peacocks roaming around. Tips for anyone without a car - it's a short taxi/uber to the amazing Fairchild Botanic Gardens and just a 20 minute walk to the Kampong. It's also just a 20 min walk to coconut grove cafes, restaurants and shops or 20 mins to a Trader Joe's in the other direction.

Excellent location. Surround by lush greenery, peacocks. Truly heaven. Would definitely recommend. James is very helpful and quick to respond with any questions/recommendations.

Wonderful place to stay at. I recommend staying here. My husband and I were able to fish right off the dock, even rented a boat from the marina. This place is paradise.

Es war ein gemütlicher Ort. Entsprach voll der Beschreibung und war schön ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen. Die Feuerstelle war ein schöner Platz zum verweilen.

Nuestra estadía fue espectacular,el lugar exactamente como se describe,muy cómodo y limpio,con todo lo que necesitas en el,,una vista maravillosa que relaja al 100%,,el muelle muy buena opción para pescar,nuestro hijo la pasó súper,,la comunicación con el anfitrión la mejor que hemos tenido hasta ahora,,,sin dudas volveremos …lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas…..

The unit is tucked back off of street and was perfect for our group. Will definitely book again for next trip to MIAMI

Alfredo’s place was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. Super cute, the space was very private, and it was so convenient to go either north or south in Miami.

Kiara has a creative space. It's very thought out and has everything you need. Anything you run out of is restocked right away. She is very kind and responsive. I was here for a construction job and stayed 4 months without any issues. It's a great location off of I-95 and near the Aventura mall. I recommend if this is the area you are looking for and if you need an all in one extended stay. Thanks Kiara!

Love love love, this beautiful tiny home. The house was comfortable as well as well decorated. It is truly an oasis. The outside space is fabulous. My only regret is that we didn’t book it for more days. If we’re ever vacationing in this area again, I will 100% book with Blanca again. It had everything we needed and was better than described by the owner.

This was a textbook AirBnB. great initial communication and instructions, super clean space, and everything you could want in the unit. Great stuff.

Centrally located and easy to navigate. my family and I really enjoyed staying at Terri's place and she was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would truly recommend the location! Close to many beaches and fun locals.

Can’t praise this property enough. It is located in the perfect location for watching the sunrise and sunset. Sitting on the dock watching is for manatees and whatever swims by is pure heaven. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. If you are looking check out and relax this is the perfect place!

I put 5 stars because that was the max, but I would put more if I could. Really responsive, nice, and accommodating host. The tiny house was very intimate and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you need and more. Very clean and smelled nice upon entering giving it the “home” ambiance. I will definitely be going back again soon.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lorena's cottage! I initially booked for a month and extended twice for a total of three months because I was so happy with my experience. Lorena is an exceptional host. Her responsiveness, friendliness, and local knowledge made my stay incredibly enjoyable. She was always available to support, organize quick fixes and answer questions. The cottage is a charming property that is clean, well-equipped, and tip-top maintained. The full kitchen, bathroom and dedicated laundry provided everything I needed, and the natural light made the space feel warm and inviting. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing after a long day. The location is unbeatable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and within walking distance of the Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. It provides easy access to Miami Beach, MiMo and Downtown. I highly recommend the cottage-thank you, Lorena for making my time so convenient and enjoyable!

Misty was a great host! The treehouse was a wonderful stay. You can hear the birds in the morning and wake up right in nature! It's a quiet neighborhood and not to far to drive to tourist attractions. Would recommend and visit again in the future if ever I'm back in Miami!
