GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Very convenient location near places to eat, the beach, and a short uber ride to the Port Terminal. Would recommend!

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

Really very nice location! So close to the beach. Comfortably cool and well kept. Love the showers! I was tickled to see that they were the same showerhead I had in my house, so it was really nice and very very well-maintained.

Amazing! Beautiful house. Very quiet & peaceful area.. one of the best Airbnb we’ve rented. Will def be back again to rent… House has just about all u need.. I was looking for a home ,on beach that was more for a “time to ourself” , away from world /work… this was so relaxing… You will need to be able to bring luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs to bedrooms…My husband is strong, so no problem. But I know people don’t read the full details & then complain in reviews… so here’s ur warning….lol… Thank you Amy, & I would buy this house in a second & live here forever!!!

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I enjoyed this house for spring break. We loved the backyard and everyday seeing a momma manatee and baby swim right along our paddle boards. The boys loved to sushi and went fishing in the kayaks. The owner was so helpful with places that were a must see and yummy food stops. Cocoa Village is def a must. Add Brevard Zoo to your list! Very close and is a beautiful zoo. We really loved the house and location. Great Stay!

This is a beautiful family vacation spot! the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and coffee. The house is beautifully decorated and the house was spotless. the walk to the beach was to die for! also Adam and Patricia were very helpful, friendly and responsive! this is a must stay!

Great location, walkable Quiet neighborhood

Hosts were super nice and very responsive whenever I messaged them. The house was clean and the pool and hot tub was amazing!

We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

Place was very roomy, had everything we needed and space for everyone! The location of the house was perfect! The host was quick to respond if we had questions.

The house is beautiful, very well maintained and well designed. It is very spacious, and the hosts thought about just everything. 7 minutes walk to the beach, and very convenient to everything. Shanon was great at communicating and answering every question that i had, even though there was not much to question because the instructions were posted for about everything. We went there with kids and other family members, and everyone was super satisfied with our stay.

We needed a place close to Cape Canaveral for a large group. Location was perfect

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

We came over from Orlando to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with his best friends. They were amazed at the house, all the incredible art, and they loved the bedrooms. The balconies were super cool with hammock swings and wind chimes. Greg was extremely kind and helpful for everything I requested. We were fortunate to see a mama turtle lay her eggs, and a pod of manatees. I’ll definitely book again.

We were very happy with this property. It was as described and pictures are accurate, plus there were more amenities than we've had at other rentals. There are new appliances throughout the home and a large back yard. The outdoor grill is built-in on an island and made it easy for us to grill out. One of our favorite things was the bikes they provided. There are 4 adult coaster bikes and 3 children. We biked every day to either a tiki bar, beach, or the tennis court 2 blocks away. The master bedroom is very private and allows you to walk out onto the patio. We loved this place and highly recommend it!

I wanted something clean, welcoming, relaxing, close to the ocean, not too far from the town, and your place absolutely delivered. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools I needed to complete my work-cation. Thanks for your quick responses to my questions and for going above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable. The welcome snacks were appreciated. Clearly a lot of thought and care went into the decor and the amenities for this airbnb. I am looking forward to returning, already on my “must return” list of places, and I will surely recommend.
