Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

The Mathis House, a spacious 2 bedroom home

The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.

Located about 30 miles west of San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk in the historic town of Castroville, this split-level house offers 3 private suites. The host lives on site in a separate structure and is available if needed. All guests must be registered; no events or parties, no entertaining of visitors.
