Vacation rentals in McWay Falls

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everyone in our group had space to relax in a different location. The view was beautiful, we were close to downtown but felt like we were far from town, so it was the perfect balance. Hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Beautiful home in picturesque coastal neighborhood!

From the moment we arrived—actually, based on Lisa's responsiveness, even before we arrived—everything was amazing! We got their late and tired, and the house was in perfect shape and ready for our arrival. The pool was heated, per our request, and the kids were able to take a quick late-night swim after a long car ride. Our dogs were in heaven with the big, and completely enclosed, backyard. Perfect! The house was a peaceful retreat after our day trips. It is a short distance to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, both are fun little towns with great beaches, restaurants, and shops. And then we were back to the peace and quiet, and wonderful pool and amenities of Lisa's house. The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment we needed, and more. Everything was in great shape! The beds were comfortable, and linens were so soft and cozy. The decor was beautiful. A wonderful touch was the container of smores fixings. Kids loved it!!! Thanks for a great stay! Hope to be back. The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Steve’s spot in Paso is such a gem! 5 minute drive to downtown Paso and 20ish to SLO, it was easy to go out and come back to refresh throughout the day. The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. Lots of thoughtful touches as well - the mini fridge was stocked up with waters and drinks for us and we were even given a bottle of wine made from grapes on his property! Steve was super nice, showed us around his property, had a great enclosed space for our dog to run around at and just genuinely made us feel at home. So stoked we found this spot - would 10000% return.

Very lovely place to stay near the beach. The condo is beautiful and updated. We enjoyed it very much. Host was very helpful and the unit had everything we needed.
