Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The deer were a nice bonus, but the black squirrel was awesome. So rare. Excellent food establishments throughout the town. Never had a bad meal there. Will very likely rent again in the future if I bring the grandsons with me. Thanks Travis and Sheila!

Great Lakefront Cabin Getaway on Long Lake

We really enjoyed the cottage and it's location! The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 10 (7 adults and 3 kids). The living space fit us well - the adults ate at the dining table and the kids ate at the kitchen bar, though we could have all squeezed around the dining table if we wanted to. The bedding was comfortable, and the number of king beds was unique and appreciated. I also appreciated that there were sliding doors facing the lake in every bedroom. The lake was wonderful - we spent much of our time swimming off the dock. We also kayaked and I brought my SUP to explore the small lake. We saw so many turtles and fish, and even a bald eagle! We loved being so close to Ludington too. We had 2 Lake Michigan beach days, and a date night at a brewery. Plus several trips to Meijer. As mentioned in previous reviews, we were a little worried about the lack of AC but it was never an issue for us.

This airbnb was the best I’ve ever rented. Everything was explained clearly about the property, before and in a booklet when we arrived. Tristen had everything we would need there at the property from hand soap, dish detergent, paper towel, trash bags, spices, coffee, towels, toilet paper, washcloths, fully stocked kitchen such as pots, pans, plates, silverware, the list goes on. She also had laundry detergent for the washer available! I have never stayed at an airbnb that was as fully stocked with all the things we expect to have to go and buy for a week when renting an airbnb. The home was beautiful and decorated well. Lots or boardgames, and things to do nearby. I highly recommend this place, we will come back when the weather is warmer. Thank you Tristen!

A great home with a beautiful backyard. I will definitely be checking this place out again when I come back to Ludington.

Quiet Lakehouse in Pure Michigan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint cottage. Patrick’s sister Rebecca met us when we checked in and gave us the grand tour which was really nice. The location was very peaceful. Ludington is a short drive to many attractions. We visited the lighthouses, took a dune ride, and a nighttime cruise on the Badger car ferry to watch the fireworks. We also had fun fishing off the dock and just hanging out. The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the week. If we are back in the area, I would stay here again.
