Located less than 1.5 blocks from the two main intersections in Downtown Ludington, This late 1800's home has many original unique characteristics but modernized like no other. This home provides 3500 Sq' of space for larger groups or family's while also providing privacy when needed. Rear fenced in back yard with patio/deck space is great for cookouts and relaxing! It offers a short walk to downtown Ludington and the excitement. 4 blocks from the marinas, and less than 10 blocks from the beach!

Entire home with A/C, front porch, hot tub, and fireplace. Three bedrooms-master on main floor w/king bed, and two bedrooms upstairs w/queen beds. One full bath on main floor with jetted tub, and a full bath upstairs with shower. Fenced-in backyard with hot tub, patio and fire pit areas. Walk/bike to Lake Michigan, shopping, restaurants, and microbrews. Close to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. WIFI, Roku, bedding, towels, Keurig® K-Duo Brewer, crockpot, dishes… “Fall colors”

West Wing on the Lake, enjoy view, hot tub, sauna!

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.
