We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

We absolutely loved our Dunnellon stay at Chaz’s place! The home is exactly as described. We were in town to explore rainbow River and his place is maybe 15 mins to the state park and KP hole also super close. Check in quick, the home is spotless and the cleaning company you can tell does a great job! The home is cool and comfortable and we appreciated the book of local spots and restaurants. Both bedrooms are comfy and the living space has everything you need for your stay. We had a great time on our down time taking the golf cart around the quiet neighborhood, we did this several times and it was relaxing and fun. Although we did not use the provided kayacks, there are several as well as fishing poles, games and a firepit. Loved our stay! So peaceful to come “home” to after a long day. Hubby says best part was the backyard; we sat on the Adirondack chairs and watched the cows and horse, a calming peaceful atmosphere and view! Great rate for the proximity to the river! Great little place. Modern feel. Open floor plan. We went to the Rock the Country festival and was close by. Great space even for 3 couples. Great communication. Host checked in on us if we checked in with any issues. Asked if we needed anything. Great little hidden gem. Definitely recommend. Nice clean place. The neighbors across the street very friendly people. Definitely come back. Thanks for everything. See you next year.

This house was by far the best air BNB I’ve ever stayed out. I could live here. The house is beautiful and comfortable, the backyard is immaculate. Located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We attended a music festival and it wasn’t a far drive away. The only down fall is we wished the outdoor tv would’ve worked. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out at the back patio we were just missing the tv. The outside grill is amazing as well! If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here with the family- had everything we needed, and more. Super clean and comfortable sleeping, great backyard, and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook! Thanks for a great stay! We look forward to coming back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph’s home in Ocala! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family gathering during my PhD graduation. Joseph was very responsive and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—thank you for making our trip so special!

We absolutely loved the stay! Steve was so kind and helpful before and during the trip. The apartment had everything we needed but didn’t feel cluttered. It’s a great location with lots close by while still being away from it all on the beautiful farm.

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

What a perfect place! Lots of traffic in the area and some run down houses nearby, but if you want to kayak and be near the confluence of both rivers and have a wonderful back porch that shuts all that out right on the river, then this is not an issue. Also, the Blue Run and Withlacoochee bike trail are just a short, quiet neighborhood ride away with just a very, very short bridge crossing in traffic across from Swampy's restaurant. The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

Julie’s condo was exactly as described. The view was amazing and just a short walk to the boat and pool. The unit is very well maintained and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. My group thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be back soon. Julie was beyond helpful with condo info and info on boat slips and ramp usage, and always was quick to respond to my requests.

We loved our stay. Very accommodating hosts. We felt right at home and appreciated how peaceful and well appointed the two units we stayed in were.

The place is private and very well stocked for all of your needs. Super clean and comfortable. Close to all the fun forest activities and springs as well as shopping and fun places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Nice spacious cabin in the woods. Accommodated 9 people perfectly. Porch area is spacious as well and is a great area to spend time outdoors while still having shade. Host was great and eager to help with any issue that may arise. Highly recommend this cabin and would not hesitate to stay here time and time again!

My husband and I enjoyed nice and relaxing weekend. The quiet beautiful nature view was so relaxing and away from the sound of traffic and city life. Hearing nature wake up, while having a cup of coffee on the porch was amazing. The house was super clean!

You can't put a price on a good, sweet, peaceful vibe with a vintage twang. We went on the full moon and boy did we get a show over the water! We loved our fun and beautiful stay. We had to leave early early in the morning and just remember to read the info about taking the trash to the dump because we were unable to do so and I like to leave things really nice after I leave. We will cherish this vacation and hope to return again soon for a dose of happiness and forest therapy. Loved it!
