The home is located near LAX so, very convenient if flying into the area. You do hear the airplanes landing and taking off. However, the location is convenient for those seeking a comfortable place near amenities and easy access to the West Side of LA. My family enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable in the offerings of the home. I would recommend this location for future stays as the neighborhood is welcoming with many stores nearby.

Loved this beautiful place- it was perfect as a home base for our multigenerational family trip. We felt right at home and the location was wonderful. We would definitely recommend to others/stay again.

We had a great stay at Farbod's Echo Park house. The home served as a great home basis and oasis during a busy weekend. We appreciated the able parking in the drive way, well-furnished and large rooms, comfortable outdoor space, massive kitchen, and walkable neighborhood that had coffee and restaurants steps away.

Shell House was the perfect stay to end our road trip! Courtney has been an ideal host, no question was too much, she was always quick to respond and so accommodating. The house it’s self was so idilic and the aesthetic fit the location. It was close to the beach and Abbott Kinney BL for shops, coffee and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone considering a visit to LA to book Shell House.

Sara was an absolute Joy to work with. She made our stay super special with a welcome gift for our daughter. That made her trip!! The house was super clean and perfect for our family. The back deck was super fun...shot some baskets and played some ping pong!!

Laura’s place was amazing for our week long stay! Close to so much (including Trader Joe’s)!! The place had literally everything we could think of! It was so well stocked and clean. We loved the backyard area too! Would highly recommend!

Coni est une hôte formidable ! C’est une personne très chaleureuse et attentionnée, à l’image de son logement. Elle s’est rendue disponible à tout moment, et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations pratiques. Le logement correspond complètement aux photos. La décoration est très belle. Le jardin est aussi magnifique de jour que de nuit. Quartier paisible et extrêmement bien situé pour toutes les activités de LA et des alentours. This place is amazing. Greate kitchen and clean bathroom. Its in a peaceful neighborhood but centrally located. Having a covered parking spot is a very nice plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

Beautiful unit and had access to all the amenities. It was also really clean. Georgetta was very responsive and attended to all needs. Rooms, closets and bathrooms are big, plenty of space for storage. I would definitely book with Georgetta again.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

This was my second stay in one of their units. Clean, well equipped, and has character! I enjoyed the Hollywood glam theme of this apartment. Terrific location for visiting my daughter at college and for enjoying the fantastic restaurants in the Arts District. Thanks again!

Nicole's place is such a cool spot. Really spacious with an art deco vibe and it is just like it looks in the pictures. It was the ideal spot for exploring Venice Beach, being a one minute walk from the beach front. We had so much fun hanging out on the big balcony and playing pool in the games room. Very quiet area with no real negatives I can think of. Would highly recommend for groups who want a chill vibe with a great space for spending time together.

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.

Just recommend that you put a mat in the shower. It was no safe, very slippery. Bathroom is the least valuable part of this cottage. It is otherwise, perfect. Great ocean views and nice inside with fireplace and TVs. Been there a number of times.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hollywood. Check-in was super easy, and the place had a great vibe from the moment I arrived. Everything was clearly explained, which made it really simple to settle in. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Parking was easy and convenient, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
