We had a wonderful time during our stay. The space felt more spacious than the photos, and we were delighted by the natural light. Even with the large sliding doors closed, the indoor/outdoor feel was still present. Our dog enjoyed basking in the sun throughout the day. The space was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to work and relax. We would definitely love to stay again!

Lovely stay, great location and amenities provided! Be prepared to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs, but otherwise there is plenty of room for larger groups!

A really fantastic Airbnb! Attention to detail everywhere, so many amenities and thoughtful touches, very comfy and spacious. Beautifully appointed. Air conditioning worked great which was so nice because I stayed during an LA heat wave. Hosts were helpful and communicative. I was bummed to check out and would be delighted to stay again.

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

What a perfect place to stay! Miray’s place had everything we needed and more. It was comfortable and spacious and very clean. There was enough in walking distance too! Great place to stay with our family including toddler. Definitely recommend!

When the original unit we were planning to rent was unexpectedly not available due to the tenants being unable to return to their fire damaged home in LA, Fawaz and Nicholas offered an alternate unit arrangement for us that was even better than our first pick- which is hard to believe- All of their units are amazing! Beautifully decorated, with all the amenities needed including a gift basket ; private patios with water features and comfortable furniture; quiet peaceful walkable locations with many great restaurants close by and easy access to local attractions and airport It was a perfect stay and Fawaz and Nicholas were the perfect, most responsive and accommodating hosts I highly recommend their Jackson Ave properties! We will be back!

Cynthia Ellen’s place was the perfect getaway. It was in a great location with a lot of things to do all around the area. The place itself had everything we could ask for and the deck was a huge bonus. We definitely enjoyed the deck and relaxing with Kenshi, the resident cat. Next time we are in the area we will definitely check to see if this is available!

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

This is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Especially loved the garden. Book it if you can. It's a 2-minute walk to the ocean, coffee shops, and amazing LA food.

Sean was a great host and always answered any queries we had quickly. Checking in was easy and the place was exactly as described. We had a great stay and if we ever visit Santa Monica again from the UK we will definitely look into this place!

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Great location with a nice view of the marina. Terrific base for exploring the greater LA area

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

Adorable, private, and quiet space centrally located in Santa Monica. Hosts were super friendly and thoughtful and the place came with so many amenities and thoughtful touches.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% rebook, truly a one of a kind place! The host was nothing but kind and responsive, the space was spotless and so beautiful. Nothing but good things to say!

We had a wonderful time staying at Nicole's place! It's great for groups and plenty of entertainment for teens/kids. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was well-located and so convenient for food shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was cozy and comfortable and the 2bedrooms had full ensuites, with good towels. Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans, dishes etc. The refrigerator was a good size and spotless. Everything was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and host were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hollywood. Check-in was super easy, and the place had a great vibe from the moment I arrived. Everything was clearly explained, which made it really simple to settle in. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. Parking was easy and convenient, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with a family of five adults. Great space, especially the master suite. Host was very responsive. Recommend this one.
