Beach house vacation rentals in Madison

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

Perfect location and accommodations for extended family to stay for a college graduation weekend! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Nice views and enjoyed using the kayaks on the bay. Garon’s responsiveness and communication were excellent.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

We stayed at Adam’s beach house in West Haven, CT with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation! The 5 bedroom house was even more beautiful than the pictures! And the ocean view- was absolutely stunning! Every bedroom was perfect and the bathrooms have every amenity imaginable! We arrived on Friday, celebrated the graduation on Saturday, and enjoyed the beach on Mother’s Day! We checked out on Monday. Adam is a super host- very welcoming, generous with check in and check out times, and responsive to any questions! Thank you, Adam, we really enjoyed our family time at your beach house!

I went there to relax and to see and hear the ocean... it didn't disappoint... Not only sand and ocean waves, but I got a birds-eye view of a small members only marina (dealing mostly in sailboats). Plus the added enjoyment of watch boat traffic since we're close to NY and the islands. Plenty of beach to play on and constant sm wave action. Lots of restaurants, stores and Costco all within 15 minutes of the house if you need something. I would definitely return to enjoy this sanctuary. Sandy Y. Manchester CT

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic week with our children and grandkids! The house was just three homes away from a private beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and full of super friendly people. One of our favorite local spots was Black Point Market—absolutely adorable! The owner and staff were so welcoming. They serve amazing grilled breakfast sandwiches, fresh lunches, scoop ice cream, baked goods, candy, sodas, beer, and all the essentials you might need. Downtown Niantic was another highlight, with its scenic boardwalk, charming shops, great restaurants, and plenty of ice cream options for the kids (and adults!). We also took a couple of day trips to Mystic Aquarium and the Mystic Seaport Museum—both were fun, educational, and memorable for the whole family. And don’t miss Vincitori Apizza in Niantic! Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. This was the perfect getaway from the city and Maher was so helpful along the way! We had the best time in Southhold and also Greenport with his recommendations and will definitely be back again. The house is also the perfect little retreat for relaxing and unwinding. We felt right at home every night watching tv and we can’t recommend staying here enough.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful house in the Hamptons! Loved visiting Sag Harbor and spending time at Benjamin’s house. Benjamin was accommodating and provided everything for an enjoyable trip. Looking forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I had a family filled weekend for our wedding followed by a mini-moon. We enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely be booking again!

A perfect long weekend getaway for my wife, 2 toddlers and infant. Relaxing and great location. The little beach access just a short walk away was amazing. Already thinking about going back.

A quick weekend girls trip. We enjoyed the outside space, porch, corn hole and view. Beds and couch were comfy. Would stay again!

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

We had a wonderful time! Lisa was incredibly proactive with all check-in and check-out instructions. The location was exactly what we wanted-- close to downtown and walkable to a beach. The rooms were great, and we loved the space downstairs for socializing. Everything was beautifully decorated and set the stage for a perfect weekend escape. We hope to be back soon!
