There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

We had a lovely time at this home. There were plenty of amenities and the setting was perfect for a beach getaway with family. Brad was always responsive and helpful. We had a marvelous stay with our friends and dogs. The location and grounds were perfect for getting to our daytime event and the Dragonfly Garden was serene for relaxing in the evening enjoying tasty delivered dinners. Thanks, Todd. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!

Field of Dreams is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. Brenda is an attentive, gracious, and thoughtful host. My family and I stayed there for four stellar days over Memorial Day for my daughter’s college graduation. We hosted a big family dinner with a private chef that was excellent. And Brenda really helped us with some of the details. This is a lovely home and I highly recommend it.

It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Holly’s place! We were traveling with 2 adults, an 18 year old and significant other and 2 teenagers and the amount of space was perfect! Everyone had room to spread out. The apartment had all the things you love about old homes, but all the updates that make life easier. The homemade banana bread that Holly left for us was such a personal touch and it was delicious. Erica greeted us with a warm welcome even though we arrived well past midnight. My daughter enjoyed reading in the cozy sitting area by the window. It was fun to watch the Hallmark movie that was filmed there. We fast forwarded the cheesy parts and enjoyed seeing the house in the movie. The area is peaceful and quaint. There’s a Dunkin about 5 minutes away, too which made our early mornings a little easier. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with a family!

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

Wow!!! This is the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by trees with lots of privacy. The cottage itself is immaculate (I’m very particular about cleanliness). The dining area is stunning with skylights and beautiful trees outside and great light! The hosts were also so welcoming and friendly, they included so many nice touches for my baby including a pack and play/travel crib, diaper changing area, and toys! I hope to stay here again every time we come to this area!

I really enjoyed my stay! I was visiting New Haven with my mother and two kids and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was smooth from check in to check out - great communication from the host, super clear instructions, and everything was as listed. Great and safe location too!

Bob, Dawn, and their dog, Cooper were the greatest hosts! We felt welcomed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and the shared spaces outside were very serene. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

Obinna is a great host and this apartment is so comfortable and lots of space to stretch out. Fully stocked kitchen and there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Two 65", high end tvs and the mattresses on the beds are sooo nice. Obinna puts effort in where a lot of hosts cheap out, which really makes this pad special. It's tough to get an open spot here on the calendar, but, if get the chance, make your reservation here. It's the best in the area.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and clean. The amenities are perfect. It is such a perfect place to stay. Christina was very helpful, kind, personable and always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend staying here.
