I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Such a nice place. The pool was down the first two days and the host called to see when it would be open again for us which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that construction was happening in the building next to us which was loud the first day but with the holiday weekend didn’t mess our sleep up the other days, but this isn’t the host fault. I would definitely come back!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Nice place to stay in downtown Tampa. Very clean, comfortable, great view on the balcony and easy walk to a number of restaurants. Great place to stay to explore Tampa.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

This place fit my needs as it had everything I needed for my five night stay. The unit was quite comfortable. Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions from the host. Something to be aware of, the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors. But in the evenings it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again next time I'm in Clearwater.

Loved our stay here! Had all the extras we needed for our 4 yr old to also enjoy a beach vacation (toys, towels, umbrella) The unit was quiet, easy to access, had all the amenities we needed, and super short walk right to the beach! AC worked great- which was appreciated because it was very hot. I hope we can come back another time- because I would stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and spices for cooking. They also provide everything you could need to enjoy the beach and the pool, including chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. I would come back!

Wow! I’ve been going to Florida between Tampa and d Clearwater for the last ten years, and Catinca’s condo is by far the best. 10 out 10 does this place no justice. I was amazing and for me to say this is good. I am a very critical when it comes to surveys and I have NOTHING negative to say about this condo or my stay there. I am actually about to book it again for next years anniversary trip. Thank you Catinca . Look forward to next year.

We had an amazing stay. We loved all the amenities. The condo was gorgeous. A super comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient for breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner every night because there are so many great restaurants in Clearwater and the surrounding communities. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place!

This airbnb was absolutely stunning....It had everything you could imagine to be able to enjoy your stay ..One thing they dont mention is the dolphins in the ocean that swim right up to the pool area several times a day.. The host Valerie was outstanding in making sure our stay was awesome...One day the pool was down , but Valerie made sure she accomdated us...Top notch customer service...We would recommend her Airbnb...You will be completely satisfied...

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

We had to cancel our last minute booking with Hey Vacay. The circumstances were unusual and Hey Vacay provided a refund. It was the right thing to do and we appreciate their ethical business practices.

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this home in Downtown Tampa! First and foremost, the location was perfect. We had 2 little 5-year-olds and enjoyed so many of the activities around the area. There was no need to drive! The main level was very spacious and fun. The house is best suited for 2 families since there are 2 large bedrooms, even though it sleeps 12. Overall, we loved our time here and will come back when possible. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions.

This place was absolutely amazing. The backyard and pool was beautiful, clean, and well kept. The inside was very spacious, clean, and had all amenities that were listed. Everything went smoothly for our stay and the host was quickly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Short and easy drive to everything we wanted to do in Largo and Clearwater.

Iris's home was perfect for my group of 7 of us that came to town for a graduation. Not only was it close to great restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores, it was close to my brother's house which made it easy to plan with them the whole week we were in this home. She responded quickly and was helpful anytime I messaged with a question!

Anthony is a great host minor issues when we arrived, but he was quick to remedy them. Would highly recommend him as a host and this location

This house is amazing! All of the amenities were just fantastic. It’s just a short drive from the beach, grocery stores, and many more fun activities. The house is fully stocked with beach towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and lots of cooking utensils and spices. The bedrooms were neat and comfy, and we felt right at home. Scott and Laura are absolutely amazing hosts. We had a bit of trouble with the heat settings on the hot tub, and they were quick to respond, and they immediately sent over a technician to take a look. The issue was fixed very quickly, and we were able to enjoy their beautiful hot tub in no time. Scott and Laura were even kind enough to send us crumbl cookies for our hot tub troubles! I highly recommend this Airbnb, it’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need to have a really wonderful vacation. This was my first experience booking an Airbnb, and we will certainly be coming back!
