Dick was a wonderful host. His house was beautiful, comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay. He even had the fireplace ready to go - all we had to do was light a match.

Hands down my favorite airbb experience in Fayetteville, and I’ve stayed all over town. Such a beautiful gem of a place. I so look forward to coming back. Best host ever❤️

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with several basic things that were very helpful in making in functional. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly stay there again.

We loved our long weekend at the Main House and Carriage Place. We were attending a wedding and we had plenty of space to get ready and have down time. We didn't need for anything as there was an iron, sugar, soaps and plenty of towels. This was one of the best spaces we have ever stayed in! Downtown is within walking distance and the outside space is beautiful. It's very near the Carriage Hotel. Chris was very helpful!

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a good time getting away from the busy world and this was a great place to do that. It is very peaceful here. We enjoyed playing darts and pool!

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

Beautiful home in the gorgeous Mt. Sequoyah neighborhood. Deer roaming below the huge deck, and the hosts were very responsive and did a great job of communicating everything needed for the stay. Everything you could need is there, including makeup wipes (neutrogena!), and even snacks at the door. Will definitely stay again! The location is excellent, as you are close to College Avenue, Dickson Street, etc. and Crossover Blvd. Quiet and serene.

This is our 4th time staying here. Melissa is an amazing host! We always stay at her house because we can always expect a very clean and comfortable stay. Honestly, she always goes above and beyond! At this point, when we stay there, it feels like our vacation home. I could never run out of good things to say!

My best friend and I stayed here to spend some time at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch without having to camp in the heat. It was SO nice to have a comfortable place to rest our heads after a day of tough climbing! The space was very cozy and private - the land around the cabin was beautiful and the whole experience was restorative. Excellent cabin, wonderful hosts. Would highly recommend!

There were so many things we absolutely loved about this house!!! The location to U of Ark. was unbelievable. Right off MLK, which was such a plus! The house was cozy, clean, and very spacious! We had the porch doors open during the rainstorms and snuggled in for old movies late at night! All the extras you need at an AirBnB we had! Can’t wait to stay again soon! This is probably my favorite house we have stayed at in Fayetteville!

Great house! We wanted to check out Bentonville and spent a few days biking and visiting local sights. The house is right next to the main trails and walkable to downtown. House was clean, comfortable, and as described. Quiet also. Nice backyard for our small dog plus some great chairs to sit in. Overall, we’d stay again when in the area!

The cabin was beautiful along with the property! They had plenty of activities to do for those who dont want to leave the property! Bob was very easy to communicate with! Cant wait to return!

Amazing place! Chris and Amy were very friendly and all the information and instructions were very clear. The house served our purposes perfectly and we enjoyed hanging out, going kayaking and swimming, and relaxing by the fire pit. I recommend this property wholeheartedly to anyone considering it!

Perfect place to stay in Bentonville! Very close to downtown, bike trails, and yummy food! The air bnb was cozy and exactly what we needed! The pool was very clean and a perfect addition to the stay! The host was very friendly and communicated well! We would definitely stay here again! 🥰

The location was perfect. Close to Dogwood Canyon and Lost Canyon for day trips. We loved our last minute get-away and considering bringing our extended family back here over the summer.

We made a last minute decision to get away to the Branson area for Mother’s Day. The resort is a little bit of a maze but the GPS got us there without any issues with the address. The whole area is in the hills and so incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The condo was very clean, super cozy and we felt right at home. We spent every evening on the back porch admiring the weather and views. The master bath was a dream with the jacuzzi tub and shower. We can’t wait to return!

We have been staying with Mike for years. It’s great being far enough away from Branson to escape the noise and traffic, but close enough to run into town for a show or a meal. The rooms and beds were comfortable. And the view from the porch was beautiful at sunset. We have several things that we do every year, but we did a lot of different things this year. I think it’s the fact that we are growing more comfortable in the area and sleeping well. Thanks Mike for another great year. We will be back for sure.

The place was perfect for a last minute getaway! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the variety of toys was great for our younger boys. The road was quiet with no traffic and the scenery around the property was perfect for our younger boys to play and explore. While we didn’t launch our boat this trip, we are looking forward to another stay when we can!

Beautiful place, inside and out. The Christmas decorations, furnishings, design, fireplace, etc. made for an extremely cozy space. The back patio area was a great spot to enjoy the lake view and the outdoor fireplace was great for a chilly night. The host made everything very easy; check-in, wi-fi, supplies, etc. along with Roger being close by for any needs. If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful, comfort and cozy, this is the spot. Concrete, stores, people, lights, etc are a bit of a drive away, which was perfect for us.
